You can get on board directly (no need to exchange your smartphone ticket). This cruise leaves several times a day from Vevey and passes through Clarens, Montreux, Territet, Château de Chillon, Villeneuve, Le Bouveret and St Gingolph before returning to Vevey. You can get off at Chillon Castle for a visit and continue the cruise 2 hours later the next time the boat passes (please check the timetables). The times indicated are those of Montreux. Last return boat was at 4:30-5 pm, so traveling on the 4:05pm boat meant we had to take a bus back to town instead of being able to use the return part of our ticket if we wanted to have time to explore the castle. Otherwise enjoyed the short boat trip, but the bus would have been more affordable and quicker with more convenient return options.

We couldn’t get this trip and we need a refund The cruise company canceled all the trips without prior notice. They said There are big logs on the lake because of a storm and it is not safe to travel. We didn’t get any warning from viator either. We ask for a refund.
