  The guys from Green Jersey Bike Hire were very helpful, offering great service & recommended routes to take. Also provide a pick up service for wines/gin bought along the trail. Biking was a really fun way to get around the beautiful wineries & stunning countryside. We opted for e-assist bikes but not necessary as the area is mostly flat within a 7 km radius. Many wineries are next to each other. Some are only open weekends & close @ 4pm - check ahead. Palliser Estate was a good one to finish at because closes at 5pm. Highly recommend this & would do again at the drop of a hat…or wine!!

  Super fun 2 seater croc bicycle ride. The whole package was so worth it. The lunch was so good at Moy Hall. The person (didn't get his name) attended was very friendly and helpful. We get tired after 2 hours ride. While returning the bicycle, he offered us another ebike as we have still got at least 4-5 hours before times up. Really grateful for his kind gesture. The food at Moy Hall was so good and service was good as well. My husband and I totally enjoyed ourselves so much today. Highly recommend this tour with GJ and have a go to Moy Hall. Totally worth it. Thank GJ for having such a wonderful tour for visitors to Martinborough. Just a note.. ebike still the best option 😜😜😜

  Every time we have come back to visit family in Greytown, my wife has insisted we hire bikes from Green Jersey and tour the local Martinborough wineries. We have often brought friends from America who have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. What's great is that you can buy your wine and have Green Jersey pick it up for you at the end of the day. The staff and team have always been friendly and have many types of bikes to choose from. We highly recommend this company.

  It was our first time in Martinborough, and we loved being able to explore the village by bicycle because we were able to set our own pace for the day. I think it will be helpful for others to know the specifics that come with this "tour", because it is not explicitly stated in the listing: (1) Rental of 1 bike and helmet, until 5pm of the same day (you are given a choice between a mountain bike or electric bike), and (2) $60 NZD credit at a local restaurant. During our visit, we were given a table at Palliser Estate, where we enjoyed a lovely Italian lunch.

  It was so much fun and as we hadn't done much cycling I was a bit nervous but the guys there were super helpful on pick up and return. Very easy 5 stars

  Was a great experience. Renting bikes was the way to go. Package was awesome including a lunch at a winery -Poppies did not disappoint! Great location, professional and relaxed process. I would bring my own biking helmet next time even though they are provided.

  This was one of our favourite days in NZ 😊 We were offered e bikes and thoroughly enjoyed the freedom they gave us to explore more of the beautiful countryside as well as visit a number of wineries. The wine tastings were really informative and the cost of them was set against any bottles of wine you then purchased - we came away with a few! A lovely lunch was included in the package; and we were given recommendations about where we could ride and which wineries would be good to visit. A very fun and laid back day which we would thoroughly recommend.

  Turned up on New Year's Day and the staff at Green Jersey could not have been more friendly and accommodating! Casually charming and yet professional. Really helpful advice re wineries too. Thank you!

  A group of 6 (senior) adults hired a 6 seater bike for our winery tour and we loved it! The experience is something we won't forget and the scenery and wine tour were fantastic. My advice to those of you over 40, follow the instructions the staff give you on which direction to go to start your tour. The staff at GJ were great and the cost of the hirage was cheaper than we thought it would be. They (GJ) have many different style/types of bikes to hire so just give them a call and they'll sort it for you! My only negative comment is, if you're around the 6ft height your knees take a bit of a beating as the gap between you and the frame is quite skinny! Next time we go back we're thinking of hiring a Rikshaw. Thanks GJ
