2.00My wife and I were very unhappy with our private transport. First, our driver contacted us at our pick up location and asked us to let him know when we wanted to get picked up. He said he needed 10 minutes to arrive. When I contacted him for pick up, it took 30 minutes for him to arrive. It wasn't too big an issue, but his poor, unsafe driving was. He had two phones, and he was constantly on one or the other. He veered into other pants so often, my wife and I feared he would crash with another vehicle or the retaining wall. At one point, my with and I both yelled as he almost smashed into another car in the lane next to us. He got mad and yelled at us to stop worrying about his driving. He said that every time he passed a truck, the wind sheer is what caused him to swerve out of his lane. That was b.s. because it didn't j happen every time, only when he was on one of his phones (which was often). We did finally arrive at our destination safely, but it was one of the worst experiences of our trip.
