Unlike traditional zoos that reverse the day-night cycle for animals in nocturnal houses, the Night Safari is an entire open-air zoo designed to be explored at night. This allows you to observe nocturnal and crepuscular (active at dawn and dusk) animals in environments that closely mimic their natural habitats.
Animals are separated from visitors and from each other using natural barriers like moats (designed to look like streams), cattle grids (grille-like metal sheets with wide gaps), and hot wires camouflaged as twigs, rather than conventional cages. This open-concept design enhances the feeling of being in a wild environment.

2.00Nice walk but a lot of insects.not much to see as they are wild animals ,didn't bother with the tram due to queues. Not worth the grab fare there and back plus admission fee.

1.00Arranged trip to zoo night safari including transport and nobody turned up to pick us up hence we missed the trip. We had been waiting at the hotel from 6.45 with a supposed 7.00 pick up. Absolutely terrible customer service do not book with them. We have requested a full refund

5.00An excellent evening and was quite a different experience. Took the night tram and saw many animals and birds in large spaces. Not quite natural habitants for them but close enough. Then went on the night animal trails and saw many other animals. Good value. Great pick up and return service.

2.00We had a very long wait as we were advised to get there early. There was nothing to do but hang around. Everywhere was so busy, there were huge queues to get into any of the cafes. We had to queue a long time at our designated time slot area. The safari itself was quite sad as the animals were obviously penned close to the tram so that everyone got to see them. For me it was an unhappy experience that I wouldn’t recommend.

3.00The Night safari itself was incredible and rating it on its own we would give it a 5, however we booked tickets through this tour operator for an 8pm time slot. When the tickets arrived it was somebody operating out of Thailand and the tickets actually said 9.15pm which gave us far less time in the attraction. Had I known that was the slot time I would have booked with someone else, very deceptive. Not impressed.
