Dress code required for entry to places of worship. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both Men and Women. Failure to comply with the dress code may result in refused entry.
No refunds in case of late or non-arrival.
Even if your ticket is a Skip the Line ticket, the mandatory security checks conducted by the museum security may cause a slight delay.
You have to leave your luggage, backpacks, tripods, etc in the cloakroom before entering the museums. Thus for the convenience of your group we recommend you not to bring any big bags or backpacks.

Must bring your passport or driving license, which is required to check in with the Vatican security guard.
All entrance tickets must be purchased under the visitor's name. Please ensure that the name entered during the booking process matches the visitor's identification. If a family member, friend, or anyone else buys or gifts you a ticket, it must still be in your name. If they purchase the ticket in their name instead of yours, you will not be able to use that ticket, and it will be invalid for you.
The Sistine Chapel occasionally closes for religious holidays and papal conclaves, and we may not be able to provide advance notice. We appreciate your understanding, and please note that, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer refunds in these situations. Thank you for your support!
During rush hours, if the Vatican has to delay entry by approximately 30 minutes or later than your original booking time, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.

1.00This is not a ticket. You must go to a kiosk to get your tickets. When we arrived early as we were concerned that we didn’t have any verifiable tickets after we paid $265 and no cancellation possible we were sent away to not return until 30 min before our entry time. We did finally get our tickets and they were valid, but a very overpriced way to see the Vatican. I would suggest buying the tickets elsewhere.

5.00We arrived early to pick up our tickets and the very helpful young man got us earlier tickets, brought us somewhere to grab something to eat and walked us over to ensure we got in the right line. Tried to give him a little something but he resisted, indicating he was happy to help. Entrance to the Vatican Museum was seamless and it was great to not have to wait in a very long line despite the early entrance. Definitely worth it to skip the line.

5.00Perfect for a busy time of the season. We had to get the voucher at a meeting point a block from the Vatican entrance. Our facilitator Frank was efficient. He walked us exactly inside the Vatican Museum and got the tickets for us. Perfect for someone who likes things done for them and done the right way. This is just Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel.
