  What a fantastic day - would recommend to anyone Woody made the day feel so relaxed - we felt we got to see each spot without rushing. • Terrible - Do Not Book with Bunyip, Go West or Viator.

  First, you must know that the time that is listed on Viator and repeatedly sent to you on Viator is NOT the correct time. This would have been fine if the Operator "Go West" or Bunyip had in fact refunded the payment I made to them when there was a mix up on the time. Information I received from Viator stated the pick up was at 7 am - and not at my hotel. So I got up at 5:45 AM - walked to the pick up location (although the exact location of Crown Promenade was unclear as putting in the address given on the map app was not the actual location where the pin showed). I stood there in the wee morning hours for 30 minutes while I waited and waited on this tour bus to show up. i had previously been on a tour in Adelaide that came 20 minutes late, so thought I'd give it 30 minutes. When that time came and went I left, although I had reached out 3x and contacted the operator to please confirm they were coming (no response). At 7:55 am I received a phone call to ask if I was still planning on coming. I told them I'd been there since 7 am (actually since 6:45 am) - I was offered to come back but it was determined I was too far away (I had taken the tram to the CBD, but was informed since I "cancelled" my booking (by not being there) there would be NO REFUND. I contact Viator and they were responsive and said they would contact the operator - but they had no pull whatsoever. After I reread through everything I was sent, I did see a clause, buried in all the emails, app updates, whatsapps that I received that I was to contact the operator for the exact time (yet, confusing and contradictory Viator's app showed that the pick up time was 7 am. This was unchanged. Viator really pushed their app as they way to stay updated, and so I downloaded yet another app on my phone so I could avoid these types of issues - yet they still couldn't give correct information. Things happen, that's fine, I am not bothered by missing the tour - I found plenty of other fun and interesting things to do in Melbourne. l'd like to go on record to say, when you are in a foreign country, you have been informed by the booking agency that the time is 7 AM, and you text multiple times to confirm, there should be a refund - and as I didn't get anything out off this deal and they got payment in advance. I guess they are on such a shoestring that every penny counts. THIS TOUR OPERATOR IS A RIP OFF. DO NOT BOOK OR SCHEDULE WITH THIS SCHLOCK ORGANIZATION. Viator has no influence or ability to negotiate for you on your behalf. IF THEY ARE IN THIS DESPERATE NEED FOR FUNDS, THEN YOU MAY ASK WHAT KIND OF DEFERRED MAINTENENCE IS ON THEIR RICKETY VEHICLES THEY ARE ABOUT TO TAKE YOU ON? I CAN'T EMPHASIS ENOUGH - DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR OR WITH BUNYIP OR GO WEST - IT'S A MONEY GRAB. 100% OF FUNDS NOT RETURNED BECAUSE THEY CHANGED THE TIME. Garbage People grabbing every buck they can.

  We assumed that 14 hours was going to be gruelling, but this trip was absolutely exhilarating. The instructions were quite straightforward, and we didn't need to get any clarification. The guide was possibly the reason we had such a wonderful experience. Jools (along with her sidekick Gumnut the Koala) was excellent and a very well-informed host. She planned out every part of the trip, with appropriate stops and great suggestions on what to see, what to eat and everything else. She was also extremely accommodating of changes and extensions, making unscheduled stops to show us koalas and kangaroos and other attractions, anything to enhance the experience. Thanks to Jools, Gumnut and Buynip Tours for some great memories.

  I had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Bob! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire trip. Bob explained everything clearly, shared many interesting stories, and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. His passion and professionalism really made the tour special. Highly recommended — thank you, Bob, for such a wonderful and memorable experience!

  It was great! Even though the weather was not as perfect, it was a fun memorable experience! Bluey is also a really great guide. He has the whole bus laughing Mr. Ed Sheeran. Will definitely recommend for all those in Melbourne

  Bluey or Tom is a very good guide and very good at speaking and making us have a good and fun time. Even though there wasnt a sunset to be seen at the 12 Apostles I wouldnt trade this tour with another. The price was valid for how the experience was, It was a fun experience. I will miss Tom/ Bluey.
