At the end of the tour you can choose if to return to your Hotel or stop in a easy going place and eat typical Sardinian Pastas and other products.

Olivastri Millenari di Santo Baltolu
Sardinia is renowned for its naturalistic beauty and its totally uncontaminated nature. In the municipality of Luras, in Gallura, an area rich in places to visit, there is the area of ancient olive trees. The grandfather of all the olive trees is very impressive: it has a circumference of about 12 meters (measured at 1.3 meters in height), a 4.5 meter base diameter and the huge crown covering an area of about 600 square meters. The millennial olive tree of Luras was declared a Natural Monument in 1991 by the UNESCO and became part of the “20 Italian secular trees” to be protected. (facoltative entrance € 2.50 pp extra charge).

5.00My grandparents emigrated from a small village on the island. I contacted Luca based on recommendations from a family friend, who knew he would make our trip special. We loved Ivana and Luca so much we booked three days of tours. Ivana was our guide for this tour. It was such a wonderful day with her, learning more about the island and its history. Amazing old olive trees, Nuraghes, cork trees and more. I want to return with our daughter, and have Luca and Ivanna show her this magical island. They are the best tour guides, accommodating and fun! They felt like family, and we hated to leave.

5.00Ivana was a kind and informative guide. She took care to make the tour suitable for my husband with limited mobility. We were particularly impressed that she went ahead with today’s tour after 4 others cancelled at short notice. We saw the lake, the olive trees, a nuraghe, Tempio Pausania, and the Gallura museum. The time in each place was exactly right, not too much or too short. We learned a lot about Sardinia.

4.00Ivana was full of infuriation and able to answer all the questions we had about everything on the island. She was friendly and professional. We enjoyed the tour very much but would have left the last stop off - bit spooky weird and unsettling after a really lovely day

5.00What a terrific day! We’re in our 80s and too nervous to drive ourselves now so for the first time we booked a tour. Luca was full of information and showed us the beautiful countryside, a large Nuraghe, a charming mountain village, a delightful small folksy museum and the Centro of Tempio Pausania. Absolutely excellent. Only issue was that Trip Advisor did not confirm until just after 20.00h the night before so I was very worried that it would be canceled.

5.00We were able to experience a great, informative tour with Ivana, of which we take many impressions. Sardinia has so much more to offer than just beaches and the sea. Ivana conveys this with so much enthusiasm and knowledge of her homeland, and simultaneously manages the bilingualism in the German/English small group confidently. We had a lot of fun. THANK YOU!

5.00We were on a cruise and looking for a day trip from Olbia. Our first choice of tour was fully booked, when looking at alternatives we were not sure the Countryside tour would be that interesting but any concerns were unfounded. The tour was really enjoyable, a good variety of places of interest and our guide Luca was great with a massive of knowledge of Sardinia, plants, wildlife, history etc. The museum was very good and effectively a private tour with Luca providing the commentary. The lunch stop was very good, no pressure to eat if you dont want to, could just have a drink, but food was great and really good value, glass of local wine 2.5 euro. If you are doing this from a cruise ship, assuming you dock where we did, when you get off the ship, the meeting area can clearly be seen and you simply walk across the port disembarkation area which takes a few minutes so no need to get any shuttle buses. Luca picked us on time and dropped us back as per the schedule and the bus was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

5.00Luca was an awesome knowledgeable very friendly guide for this tour.This was our first trip to Sardinia and knew very little about the island we had been on for the past week outside of its beautiful beaches and great food. Luca took us through many different parts from small local towns, to historical local museums, to ancient sites of early human habitation and more. We got to experience local culture on many levels and Luca's knowledge was extensive of including history, botany, local foods and much more. We would definitely recommend this experience and would call it a highlight of our time in Sardinia.
Happy to remember the trip with Ivana

5.00Dear Ivana and Luca, we are now home again. It's raining and it's cold. We are very happy to remember the trip with Ivana. Very well done and what an information. And she can also sing. A star is born. Great driver and what a cheerful woman. Our ladies are still laughing when they think back to the trip with Ivana. We will certainly post a resounding review on Trip advicer. Luca also super thank you for your trip with the catamaran. Was quite an experience for us. Strong wind and high waves. The crew did a great job and we were very pleased with their hospitality.
