The experience take place in the seaview grandmother villa, where we live together from when i was born. Are you ready to discover the unique flavors of the local cuisine transmitted by my grandmother, while exploring our traditional Italian lifestyle? The experience is hands-on and you can learn some valuable cooking skills and tips.
Here you will be the chef and the diner, learning to cook the specialties of our cuisine, handed down to me by my grandmother!
You will learn new cooking techniques, all from the scratch that you can easily replicate at home, such as learning how to make gnocchi, eggplant parmesan and the typical tiramsù. You will be completely immersed in the Italian lifestyle in a convivial atmosphere among lemon and olive trees, and I show you also how we produce olive oil and limoncello. My goal is that this experience remains in your mind but above all in your heart!

5.0Quite literally a life changing experience if you’re not already an Italian cook and Sorrento native. Exceeded all of our expectations. Beautiful, clean setting, from the van ride to the kitchen to the view; learned the ease and simplicity of creating three delicious Italian dishes at home, such that we’ll never eat the same again; throughly enjoyable and authentic experience as the result of Christiano’s command of English and sense of humor as he generously shares his family home and Sorrento heritage. I’m so grateful we did it!

5.0This class was great fun! Chef Cristiano was an excellent host and the food was delicious. Don’t worry if you aren’t an experienced cook because most of the hard work is done for you but you will get the full recipes

4.0This is more entertainment than education. It was a large group, so only a little hands-on. Most prep was already done, so you don’t get to see or participate in a lot of the process.
