1.00I would give ZERO stars if I could! PLEASE go with another one of the ziplining options in St. Lucia if you want to zipline. This was a horrible experience, and they refused to refund us after speaking with Viator customer service 3 times. We arrived in St. Lucia on Sunday for our honeymoon and we had originally booked this excursion for Monday. Sometime during our travel on Sunday, we got an email that they cancelled our booking on Monday due to "unforeseen circumstances," so we would have to reschedule. We had our travel agent reschedule it for us to our next available day, which was the following Saturday. Shortly after the booking was re-established, we got an email stating that if nobody else signed up for our timeslot, we would have to pay an additional $34 because they were under booked. I found this laughable that they would have the audacity to charge us MORE MONEY after they forced us to reschedule because of some issue they had on their part. I didn't pay this email much mind, because I figured this was surely a mistake and I planned to contest it in person if it was brought up again when we arrived. Surely enough, we arrive on Saturday and as soon as we get up to the ticket booth, they're asking us to pay the additional $34. I contested the charge and said that it is insanity for them to ask us for more money because they didn't have enough business, especially after making us reschedule. The worker called her boss and then tried to say that we had, " rescheduled multiple times" which is why we incurred the additional charge. The only "rescheduling" done was when they cancelled our original booking with less than 24 hrs notice and forced us to reschedule. So, instead of sitting there and trying to argue with someone who barely spoke English, I decided to just pay it and that I would take it up with Viator customer service after the fact - assuming I would at least get the $34 back. After this, we were corralled into a non-air-conditioned area and told that we had to wait for the rest of our group to arrive before we could start. We sat there for an hour with no updates given. I finally went and asked a worker what was going on, and they looked at me like I was stupid and just repeated that we were waiting for the rest of the group. After about another 15-30 minutes, we finally got started. The ziplines themselves are very short and there is no pretty scenery. I might as well have been ziplining at my church camp in the middle of the woods in Kentucky. After we returned home, I took all of this up with Viator and they refused to give us a DIME in refunds. This whole experience was incredibly frustrating, and I cannot say enough to deter you from this excursion. They should be ashamed of charging what they do for the experience you are going to get and the overall poor customer service. This place is clearly going downhill being that they have to charge the suckers that they lure into their excursion more money because they're under booked and can't get enough business.
