5.00Our tour guide, Alex, was nice and friendly. His English was very fluent but we had no trouble understanding him. My flight to Tbilisi was meant to arrive at 4:45am but due to the delay, we arrived at 6:00am. So basically, he waited for an hour and a half in the morning for us. He was not mad or anything. Instead, he welcomed us with a warm smile on his face. Throughout our trip, he was attentive and helped us a lot. He explained the history of the church bit by bit. On the car, he even sang a Georgian song. I didn’t remember what the name of the song is but it meant something like: I love my country Georgia. He was a good singer between. He saw us as friends, not just clients. If you wanna hire a guide, he should be on your top list.
