Your experience begins on the soft sands of Panormos Beach, where your friendly, certified instructor will introduce you to the essentials of stand-up paddleboarding. After a short warm-up, you’ll glide over calm turquoise waters to a sheltered spot in the bay, where the boards are gently anchored. Once afloat, your instructor will lead you through a mindful yoga sequence—starting with grounding postures and progressing to playful balancing poses. Feel your core engage as the water’s subtle movement challenges and enhances each asana. Whether you’re in Downward Dog or simply lying back in Savasana, you’ll be embraced by the rhythm of the sea. 5.00Amazing class last week with Kalenia. The location was an absolute dream and i felt very comfortable with the setup despite it being my first try on Yoga on a stand up paddle board. I thought i might fall easily but both me and my partner went through the whole class without falling . At the end we had some time to try some harder poses and the dip in the water after trying a head stand was cooling and relaxing. Another high point was the Savasana, it was dreamy just bobbing on the water with our hands touching the sea. Special thanks to the amazing pictures taken by the owner Nikos and sent to us afterwards !

5.00Nikos was very nice and helped us get the sup steady and ready while the instructor Kalenia was super sweet and had prepared a well constructed session for us. Floating above those crystal clear waters in Panormos was very calming and relaxing. In the end we had the chance to jump of the sup and enjoy some free time swimming and floating around. We shared some tasty fruit with everyone while debriefing afterwards. Till next time, thank you guys very much!

5.00Α beautiful experience on a Friday morning enjoying Panormos’s true beauty and tranquility! Lou is an amazing instructor that captures the essence of the practice and sets the pace just right for every one! Enough to enjoy as a newbie and at the same time to push one’s boundaries! It was my first time doing SUP yoga and I shall cherish it! Will definitely be returning again! Congratulations to the entire team for offering new and respectful ways to experience the beauty of Mykonos!

5.00It was my first time doing sup yoga and I loved it! It’s more dynamic (and more difficult) than yoga but of course a better workout since you have to maintain your balance. The instructor was very good and helped me stay on the sup without falling 😅. I was excited to find such activity in Mykonos, and I would definitely do it again if I had more days in the island. Next year for sure!
