  Great views around the sydney harbour whilst you eat a very high quality dinner. They had a band playing. We had a window seat which i would recommend.

  One of the highlights of our experience in Sydney. The ship is very nice and fitted as a floating dinner theater with a live band performing. The 3 course dinner was acceptable for the price. Although, a $5.00 cost PER Glass and Refill a drawback. Seeing the harbor at night with the fireworks is memorable. Paid the higher price gets you a reserved table at the window. Worth it.

  I booked this tour months before arriving in Sydney on a cruise ship. On the day the cruise was to take place, I arrived on time at the meeting point listed on the tourist description only to find no cruise there. I have a screenshot of the specified meeting point as well as a time stamped photo of me at said point. I immediately tried calling the tour operator only to get a recording. I tried messaging as well. I got no response until the following day. I was told that messages aren't checked and no response is available after 5 p.m. This means they operate tours at times when there's no type of customer support. I was also told no refunds are given on the day a tour is booked. I was only offered a cruise the following evening which didn't work as my cruise was leaving. I never even received a courtesy message ahead of time to confirm time and place like I have with so many other tours I've booked here. The takeaway is PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION IF YOU PLAN TO BOOK IN ADVANCE! Be prepared to give them a $200 donation as I did if you book early and something happens.

  Given that this is one of the top experiences recommended by viator in Sydney we decided to write this review as we normally hold off, even when things are below our expectations. But unfortunately this one really disappointed us and sadly we spent our entire evening on it. Boarding process was fast and convenient, in our case it was also on time, though I saw some reviewers had late departures. To US ships decor looked dated. Upon arrival will presented with the table on club deck by the window as per our package, pre-purchased. This is where things start going south for us, first course out of four which is essentially an appetizer or canape, was already on the table and consisted of rolls with duck and deep-fried pumpkin flower which were great had they been hot - they weren't. We were advised that we can use a QR code to purchase alcoholic beverages but sadly the assortment was really lacking. Since this is cash bar and we pay for all our drinks it would be great if they were able to offer a better selection there were no cognacs, the best vodka was Smirnoff, and their best Scotch was Black label. Similarly, practically no selection of wine or beer, and definitely nothing on the top end. The main and the entree dishes or fairly decent, but the second course felt a little rushed: by the time we spent 25 minutes on the ship we're already through two courses. Description of this cruise mentioned live entertainment and dancing, the music however consisted of one piano and one violinist which were trying their best but their repertoire was fairly stale and certainly not conducive to any sort of dancing on the upper level. We were looking for the top notch experience and we were willing to pay for it, according to the description of the cruise this seems like it but this is definitely not. So if you are Shangri-La or Four seasons type customer, like us, this will be a waste of your evening.
