Our tour was fantastic. I have been through the park many times, but learned a few things along the way- 10/10. Kensington Palace is always a lovely time- 10/10. The highlight for my friends and I was trying the tea. Overall, we gave the tea about a 7/10. It was good, but we’ve had better.

Went to Kensington Palace with my mum and daughter, we all thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Everything about this Palace is lovely. Easy walking distance of tube, lovely grounds. Staff helpful and brilliant shop treated myself to a lush towel!

We had a delightful high tea at Kensington Gardens & Palace! The tour through the park was amazing; it’s such a beautiful park. The atmosphere for the high tea was elegant, and the treats were delicious. Our wonderful tour guide Doug made the whole experience truly special with his knowledge, warmth, and charm. A perfect afternoon in every way!

walk in the park, lovely. pretentious not-very-good tea sandwhich lunch bland and not particularly tasty,,,biggest disappointment was the big deal admission to the palace...dreadful and not worth the time. save your money and go to the theatre instead

While a little pricey… the walking tour and tea was amazing! Paul (our guide) gave us a great walking tour prior to the tea and the tea afterwards was amazing. Highly recommend!

Doug is an informative, kind tour guide who turned a rainy London afternoon into a magical walk through the gardens. High tea was scrumptious. Highly recommend, especially with Doug.

Doug was very warm and enthusiastic. He shared some very interesting information as we walk through the beautiful green spaces. Additionally, he helped my friend and me secure more comfortable seating at the Orangerie for high tea. The only complaint I have is with the Orangerie service; It was lackluster to say the least.

I highly recommend this experience. I am coming from a family perspective and brought my two sons (11,12) with me. We thoroughly enjoyed the hour guided walk through the gardens with our guide, followed by high tea, and then proceeded to the palace for the tour. Doug was the best guide and host, and he even sat with us to help us with this new experience (tea service). We had a very small group, which allowed us to ask many questions during the walk. Doug knows a lot of history about Kensington Palace, the gardens, and London in general. The meeting location is easy to find and connect with your guide. It was the highlight of our day and one of the best things we did on our trip. Recommend going the classic route and trying the English Breakfast with milk.
