  A relaxing night on the water taking in Thailands scenery. Was hoping to catch views of the Wat, but the river was too high. Nonetheless, the cruise was wonderful.

  After boarding the cruise and being seated as a party of five, we got up briefly during dinner service to get food. Upon our return, we were shocked to discover that our table had been altered from a five-person setting to accommodate only four guests, leaving one member of our party without a seat. When I approached a member of staff to inquire about the change, I was informed that the table was moved to provide additional seating for another group. When I raised concern about our own seating now being insufficient, the staff member told me that because we had not booked through his tour company, we “didn’t matter.” He repeatedly emphasized that he didn’t care that our group no longer had enough seating and only returned the table when I insisted on speaking with the boat manager. This dismissive and disrespectful behavior was entirely unacceptable. Regardless of how we booked the cruise, we were paying customers entitled to the same courtesy and standard of service as any other guest on board. To be treated as though we were less important was both insulting and frustrating. It cast a shadow over what was meant to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would not recommend this cruise after this experience and the service is anything but 5 star.

• Nice Dinner Cruise on the River

  With many dinner cruises available, we found it very difficult to choose. Price points, reviews, and departure times were a few we looked at. we decided on this cruise as it seemed very new and the price was on sale. Arrival to check-in area was at the Asiatique warehouse 7. The booth was in the main center area and listed as booth #1. We were asked for our confirmation code and provided the tickets. We were then informed where to board. The boarding area is very hectic and disorganized. We stood in a line for 30 minutes only yo be told that we were in wrong line. And this was after I asked them if we were in the correct line. Our boat was the last one to depart, so no issues there. Once on board, we were seated in the upper deck about mid way from the front. The views from this area were great throughout the cruise. The upper deck was about 1/3rd full. Not sure about the 1st or 2nd decks. The food was just OK. No complaints, just ok. The entertainment was a bit lack luster compared to the other cruises that were pumping with excitement and music. We enjoyed our evening on the river with a pleasant breeze and great pics of the sights at night. Return to the pier was uneventful and we headed off after the cruise. Overall a good evening. Next time I would probably a different departure point and boat.
