Terminal 1 - IASS Executive Lounge - Before passport control and security check, enter the main building (the centre building between the north and south check-in buildings) from level 4 (departure floor) and take center escalator up to level 5, the lounge is on the right band side.
Terminal 2 - Aspire Lounge - After passport control and security check, on the left of the window.
The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.

4.00As a useful EconomyPlus experience it is worth the small amount $ paid. Reasonable food, drinks (including Sake), nice seating and easy to enter with our voucher. This cannot be compared to a Business Lounge in any shape or form. Would we buy this again: probably. It does the job you would expect for the $$$ without any great frills. We know the importance of these reviews based on an honest review, as do our fellow travellers. We are a fit, over 65, married couple who love our travels. 2.00Worst lounge experience we have had. Really busy, nowhere to sit until someone left. Queue’s for food. Limited alcoholic beverages available( only Saki) Not what we expected.

2.00This was very disappointing and definitely not a VIP experience. The seating was uncomfortable, there was no food available. You have to exit the lounge to use the public bathrooms. This not value for money.

1.00We had no idea which lounge to go to. We went to three and showed them the e-mails from Viator but, they had no idea who they were. We had booked and paid for 4 hours of lounge access and finally, with 90 minutes remaining, and after reaching out to them, they offered to send us a QR Code. We still had no idea where the lounge was. I requested a full and immediate refund but this was denied. I will not use or recommend Viator ever again.

1.00Here for breakfast prior to flight and consider this very poor indeed. No fresh fruit at all. No cereal. Will need to leave and buy breakfast! Don’t pay to access this facility.

5.00Bit hard to find. Very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Food offering small range but adequate and kept fresh and constantly replenished. Well positioned to boardong gates. Recommended

1.00I used mine in terminal 1. Too expensive to just get just drinks and no food. They will give 1 beer when you enter and that’s it for the alcohol. Then you can drown yourself with hot/cold beverages while you’re there.

1.00My companion and I have mobility issues and require wheelchairs. The attendants weren’t familiar and took us to the wrong lounge so we didn’t use our passes.

5.00In terminal 1. Room with a very careful, modern and functional decoration. Quiet and with excellent classical background music. Varied quality food and drinks. The chairs a little uncomfortable. Attentive and professional staff.
