Anytime is the right time to visit the Top of the Rock Observation Deck. Perched 70 stories above the city at Rockefeller Center, the 360-degree views of New York City are unequaled anywhere else.
The journey begins in the Welcome Gallery, a space where you can capture memories with photo opportunities at iconic Rockefeller Center locations, and marvel at a dynamic model of the entire campus. From there, enjoy a film that brings the history and vision of this beloved landmark to life, before stepping into the high-speed elevator for a thrilling 43-second ride to the 67th floor.
Explore 3 floors with expansive, unobstructed indoor and outdoor viewing areas. The breathtaking views stretch for miles in every direction! You will take in views of New York's most famous landmarks including the Empire State Building, Central Park, the Chrysler Building, One World Trade Center, and the Statue of Liberty.

Amazing views, additionals were disappointing

4.00Top of the rock is great and the views are amazing, the employees were polite and helpful, the beam and skylift were not worth the additional money, the beam lasted for around 1 minute and the skylift was only for a few minutes

1.00The view will not disappoint you, it is magical. But the organization will make you forget the splendor of New York. 3 hours waiting in all! 2 hours to get up, 1 hour to get down. Catastrophic. We book for an hour with sunset we find ourselves closer to see the sunrise... (dark night .. very beautiful but it was not what was sought). In short, flee the top of the rock and find a building with a better organization to avoid this mishap...

5.00Nankoo was incredible!! He made the whole experience ten times better and made everyone laugh, he was so friendly and helpful. Really left a lasting impression on the whole family!

3.00Our first booking was rearranged due to zero visibility but easily amended on the go city app. Unfortunately we were booked onto the next available season which was at 9pm the following day. The queues were huge and late getting in the building. Herded through quickly and no pictures taken at the bottom. Queues again to go in the lifts and once we arrived at the top we were told the venue closed at 10pm and to make our way back down in good time. This was 9.25pm so didn’t give us a relaxed experience to enjoy the packed views of the night skyline. The views were amazing but unfortunately was ruined by the rushing out of the venue. The shop was closed at the bottom. Bear this in mind if booking the 9pm session !! Overall an average experience. Would have been better to book the earlier session as we had done the previous evening

5.00Unreal best views in the city. The skyline was lit in pink for valentines. No queues and staff were friendly and helpful

2.00Too many tickets were sold for the session so it was overcrowded and we were herded in to tight spaces and held for long periods of time. We also did the sky lift which was a disappointment. If you plan to do the sky lift, don’t book ahead as we did because you can book on arrival and save $20 per person. Overall, a disappointing experience but the views are stunning!

5.00Top of the Rock lived up to the billing - great attraction and would recommend for all. Staff were excellent, particularly Robert at the ticket office.
