  Our driver arrived promptly on time, I received information about the tour multiple times with helpful updates. We would not have been able to get into Lindt on our chosen day without taking a tour. One downside is you have to find your own way back to your hotel or desired destination after the tour.

  When tour tickets weren't available directly from Lindt, this was a great option for us. Making arrangements was fast and easy. Our driver was on time and in a nice vehicle. The tour was very informative and, of course, all the chocolate was great. This was one of our best experiences in Switzerland. Be advised that the transportation provided is one way. However, there is a bus stop close to the museum.

  The entire experience felt very sketchy. I only booked the tour because the tickets were already sold out through the Lindt home of chocolate website, for the day I was available. At the time of booking I provided my pick up address - I was staying at a friend's house that is a couple of miles from the city center - and on the tour website mentioning a specific zone for pick up. Just a few hours before the pick up, I received a text from the driver saying that I needed to pay an extra 40 euros fee because of my address and sent me a link to pay for it (which Trip advisor says that we should never receive any link with payment requests). I called Trip advisor customer service to explain the situation and the rep said that I didn't have to pay through the link but I would have to pay directly to the driver, that was nothing that he could help with it. I kept the tour because was my last day in Zurich and I would not have another opportunity to go. I paid the extra fee with a credit card and I will file a complaint. If that wasn't enough, I also had issues with the tickets. At the time of booking I messaged Trip advisor about the tickets delivery, and replied to the driver's text asking if he had our tickets, and he said yes. Once we got in the car, before paying the additional illegal fee, I asked for the tickets and the driver said someone would send it to us. I had to say that I was not going to pay anything if I had not the tickets in hand. Someone texted me a very poor quality picture of the tickets. Once we arrived at Lindt, I had to wait 20 minutes in a line and explain the awkward situation to the Lindt staff and ask if they could please reprint our tickets - it was not possible to scan the poor quality picture to be admitted to the museum.

  Avoid Total Scam! Avoid! This was advertised as a “tour”. This is a taxi ride to the Lindt Chocolate Factory with no return trip to the hotel. This is NOT a tour. The car that picked us up had a taxi sign on top of the car. This was a total and complete scam and we have filed a fraud report with our credit card company. Avoid this company.

  Had a 2:00 pm pick up for a 2:30 tour. Picked up at 2:20, drove like a mad man. Ordered to wait in the car while he got the tickets which I thought I had downloaded. I followed him to the ticket area. Yelled at me for not waiting in the car, handed me two tickets and quickly left. I was then told by the clerk I was booked for the 4:30 tour. I feel we were taken advantage of. Bad look on Viator but according to Lindt people we were not the first and Lindt has had lawyers involved in this situation.

  We were dropped off back of the property, not at the entrance. It wasn’t indicated that you had to arrang your own way back to the pickup point.

  Lots of interesting information on the history of chocolate in the western world. Well worth the visit. Lots of opportunities to sample products.

  While the actual visit to the Lindt Chocolate Factory was a great experience, it felt like a highway robbery to be charged with almost 100 CHF per person for a regular taxi ride, with less than a 25-minute drive. Anybody can simply go to the nearest train station, buy your ticket yo go to Kilchberg ZH, plus a 10-minute walk (via Pilgerweg). This is the best and most practical way to reach the Lindt Chocolate Factory.

  Tickets were sold out online, so I was worried I couldn’t visit. Luckily, I found this option and it was perfect! The limousine pickup made it extra special, the driver was punctual and friendly, and everything was already arranged at the museum. Chocolate heaven — totally worth it

  We were left to find our own way back. Ambiguous description of tour. Stated tour was pick up and tickets with two hour time so we were left to assume we would be picked up after the two hours as well.
