5.00There's more to see than just the Tower of London! Each tower houses different items of interest. The Crown Jewels are magnificent and part of your ticket price. Our guide, Ben, led us through an historical adventure. He was personable and very knowledgeable. The meet and greet with the Beefeater was informative and we learned about life inside the walls. We spent the entire day here, including lunch in the cafe and could have even spent more time given the history and location. The value for the price paid was worth it to us.

4.00Marguerite was very knowledgeable, but she arrived about 10-15 min utes late. The meeting with the Beefeater was the best part of the tour as she was very personable and gave a lot of insight about her background and responsibilities. Little time was spent on the Crown Jewels, and this was at the tail end of tour as we viewed them independently. Expected more since this factored into the description of the tour. She also spent about 20 minutes talking about the ravens. In summary, most of the information was good, but her time management could have been better.
