Booking the Ride The customer requests a ride via an app, website, phone call, or email. They provide: Pick-up location Destination Date and time Vehicle type Passenger details and any special requests (luggage, child seat, accessibility, etc.) A price estimate or fixed fare is usually shown at this stage.
