Tour got off to a late start so not sure how much we missed. Suggest not waiting for people who are late. Not fair to the rest of the group. Otherwise tour was good.

We did the 9:30 tour. Our guide was so incredibly knowledgeable about so many artists! She was friendly, efficient and professional. I learned more than I expected, and I would recommend a tour with her ( I can't remember her name) anytime!

Fast track quick tour 90 minutes then we lingered in the museum for another hour. If you want a more intensive experience, get the long tour. This was a good download of the early renaissance works and historical highlights. Guide was good and skipping the line was super on busy Tuesdays.

We booked 7 different tours and experiences through Viator in Rome, Florence, Venice and Como and all were excellent or exceeded expectations. This was the only one where the operator was unhelpful, did not have a sense of customer service, and made our experience worse and more costly. In retrospect, we would’ve been better off just getting our own tickets to the Uffizi and renting an audio tour which we ended up doing.

Guided tour of the key artworks in the Uffizi Gallery. Our tour guide Stephie was fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and stayed a further 2 hours to go through more of the gallery.
