1.00Very bad experience, The tour guide could not be heard very well in our earphones ,,spoke too quietly ,,my wife and I could not understand her broken English so subsequently could not understand hardly a word she said . The facility is under construction ( no elevator to get to top floor …way too many steps to start at 4th floor!!!…way too hot of day @ 80degrees … should have started at the 1st floor and worked our way up each floor .. Once we struggled getting up 4 floors the tour guide started at one end of building and spent WAY too much time on each of MANY rooms on that 4th floor of building….we only lasted for 3-4 rooms ( took 30 minutes) and decided to exit the tour and give back our earbuds to the tour guide . We then had a bad experience getting down and out of the building,,,, many ,, many ,many turns to exit the building because of Construction detours !!!. Not sure how folks get out of building in an emergency if required.( no English signs provided). We would like a refund. Please Confirm , Thank you
