Blue Falls of Costa Rica
The tour includes 3 rappelles, natural slides, jumps and many celestial pools. The itinerary is as follows: 1. We leave the parking lot by 4x4 vehicle that will take us to the entrance of the canyon. Then we will walk 20 minutes until we reach Quebrada Gata where the canyon is located. 2. Practice rappel and safety talk. 3. Tepezcuintle Waterfall Leap 25 meters high. 4. Las Gemelas Falls, 22 meters high. 5. Section with pools and slides. 6. 12m high La Celestial Falls. 7. Jump 2 meters high. 8. Departure from the river and 30min walk back to the carts.

5.00This was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had! It was thrilling, fun, FUNNY, crazy, peaceful, spiritual… there just are not words. They took such good care of me and my friend. We felt safe, did things we never thought we would do, saw things we never imagined we’d see, and had an experience that we wont only remember forever, but that has truly changed us for the better! 5.00My experience with Drops Canyoning has been amazing. The first time I did a tour with them was in 2023 at Gata Media, and ever since then I’ve wanted to keep exploring more canyons. To this day, I haven’t stopped joining their tours. They offer an incredible service. They encourage you to enjoy the adventure, face your fears, and step out of your comfort zone, while always giving clear instructions that make you feel safe at all times. It’s clear they have strong knowledge of what they do, along with solid experience and high-quality equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, professional, and fun canyoning experience.

5.00Allan was a fabulous guide. Safety was his first goal. After that it was all fun! I was terrified. But Allan was patient and I ended up feeling exhilarated after each waterfall.

5.00My boyfriend and I ran the Gata Fiera and Gata Media canyons with this group and it was such an amazing experience. I felt safe and in good hands the entire time and saw some of the most awe-inspiring scenery I've ever seen. Juan and Allison were so sweet and were great guides. They even took a ton of photos for us to remember the experience with. All necessary gear and lots of snacks were provided. Highly recommend going on this adventure with Drops Canyoning! I will be back for more next time I'm in Costa Rica!

5.00My friend and I did a canyoning tour with DROPS CANYONING and it was AMAZING! They are locally-owned and operated and they are the only company that is professionally trained, licensed, and certified (to international standards) to give canyoning tours in the Bajos Del Toro region. If you’re concerned about safety, the owners/guides run professional safety trainings across the country and also help run and work on Costa Rica’s SAR team (Search and Rescue). Our guide was Allan and he is one of the best guides I’ve ever had! He was friendly, patient, professional, and very competent. He gave us a quick but thorough safety brief and instructions/training and explained where we were going and what we were doing. The tour itself was fantastic! All the necessary gear is provided and is professional-grade and in great condition. The area where we went canyoning was breathtaking! We went down several natural waterslides and rappelled down three waterfalls in total. Allan took photos and videos (included for free in the tour!!!) and also brought drinks and snacks for us. 5.00The tour is amazing, pretty views, great experience. The guides were very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, the gave us excellent instructions on how to do everything considering we had never tried it before. The suits were very helpful with the cold water and were in good shape. Everything looked very professional, would recommend 10/10
