5.00Attending the workshop with Diego was a truly fantastic experience. From start to finish, it was transformative in ways I hadn’t expected. The authentic relating portion stood out as something incredibly special and unique—it created a safe and supportive space that allowed me to open up fully, and it honestly felt like a mountain came off of my shoulders. The breathwork session was nothing short of incredible. This was on another level—deeply powerful, intense and profoundly healing. And then came the ice bath, which was both a physical and mental challenge. Diego was right there, encouraging and guiding me through it, helping me break through my mental barriers and push through to the end. I left feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to myself than I have in a long time. This workshop is an experience I would highly recommend to anyone ready to dive deep and grow. Diego is a gifted facilitator, and BreathFlow Connection is something truly special.

5.00What a grand experience. I love breathwork sessions and ice baths anyway but this was special. Diego is a professional yet (in the best sense possible, casual facilitator. The group was small and intimate and the “authentic relating” part of the session brought a game changer to the session. As a diverse group from all over the globe we were quickly immersed into another “place”. The experience was fantastic, the exchange truly authentic and the time flew by. The soundtrack to the breathing rounds was great and well orchestrated. Transformative, I had high expectations and they were more than met. Recommend strongly for anyone who just needs another great session in their life or wants to explore breathwork for the very first time. Rest assured you’ll feel comfortable with Diego in this wonderful location!
