Taste delicious specialties and visit the highlights of the city on waters while you walk from one stop to another. This 2.5 hour small group tour is led by a local top-rated guide. Explore Rialto Market, beautiful squares and magnificent churches.
See Basilica dei Frari (outside), Campo Santa Margherita, San Polo , the Grand Canal, and savor authentic Venitian food such as different kinds of cicchetti (local appetizers), cheese, buranelli, dessert and much more! You will also get precious suggestions from your guide on how to spend best your holiday in the city.
Our local guide will take you to taste the best of the street food scene of Venice while you learn fun facts and curiosities about the local life. The tour will start and finish in central Venice. It will all be by walking, since there are no cars in the city. You will be crossing several bridges on the canals so wear comfortable shoes.

You can tell she’s deeply passionate and proud of her home city and it was wonderful to try the food options that are close to her heart. Well thought out, took us all around while still having time to sit and relax. Food not always to everyone’s taste but alternative options offered. Would recommend!

5.00An excellent tour hosted by the lovely Chantelle, who was charming, with a host of local knowledge. The tour visited a number of food outlets across the San Polo region of Venice starting near the Rialto bridge (with a visit to Rialto fish market) and ending with gelato near Campo Santa Margherita. A great way to get some local knowledge as well as sampling fantastic food!

5.00Our guide Chantal was easy to follow and brought us to a good variety of Venetian food. We got to walk through different districts of Venice. I enjoyed everything we tried. My favorite part was the gelato at the end of the tour!

5.00This was a great tour our guide was very informative and we learnt a lot about Venice, the food was fabulous and gave us a great insight into where to go eat while we are here! We did walk further than indicated when we booked & as someone with a disability I struggled with the lack of being able to sit but that’s my issue & nothing to do with the tour or guide, just a little warning for others like myself! The small group was fun & friendly and it was a lovely way to meet fellow travellers!

5.00This experience was wow. Such a friendly tour Ana was informative friendly and warm. Just listened to what you would like to try and offered you food you would not in your wildest dream taste and trust me as a vanilla eater I did try them and all was really good Was some walking but was a fun after and didn’t feel I had walked that far such a good vibe I got engaged soon as we finished the tour thanks Ana you really made it So much information that made rest of the stay easier as we knew what we was looking for market was and extra bonus We even went back every day to few of the places she shown us as this was our best places

5.00The food tour with Elizabeth was fantastic. She is originally from Venice and can therefore tell a lot about the city. At some stops, one could choose from various options, and there was always a vegetarian variant available. We probably would have never ordered some of those ourselves, but everything was super delicious, allowing one to better experience the culture through its cuisine.
