• Intro Travel - Vietnam/Cambodia 21 Day Tour - Highly Recommend

  My wife and I just finished Intro Travel’s 21 Day Vietnam/Cambodia Tour and had an AMAZING time! We highly recommend it, giving it a full 5 star rating! The first part of the tour was the 12 day Vietnam Intro which was led by two exceptional Group Leaders - Bobby/Ka and Liam! The second part of the tour was the 10 day Cambodia Intro which was guided by the phenomenal Group Leader Seyha/Slaya (who was also assisted by our much loved Liam)! It was especially great having the two local Group Leaders (Bobby and Seyha), having lived in their respective country their whole lives, share their vast historical and cultural knowledge coupled with their own personal points of view. This greatly added to the overall authenticity of the tour and it was truly delightful to see how much they love their country! All three of our Group Leaders were very informative, continually keeping everyone up-to-date on timings and what we needed for each activity. They had boundless energy and enthusiasm going above and beyond to ensure everybody was safe and that our needs were always well addressed. It was clear to all of us how much Bobby, Liam and Seyha love their jobs! All of the activities were extremely well organized and expertly executed. Although we thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities, our most memorable are: cruising Ha Long Bay (actually brought my wife to tears…pictures don’t do it justice, it has be experienced in person); paddle boat ride in Ninh Binh (the rowers paddle using their feet and the caves are breathtaking); cooking class and lantern making in Hoi An; traditional cat fishing and teaching local children English at the Homestay in the Mekong Delta; visiting the S21 Prison and Killing Fields (while very emotional, critical to understanding Cambodia’s history); staying in Koh Rong Sanloem; taking the overnight bus to Seam Reap; visiting the temples of Angkor Wat, Bayon and Ta Prohm; playing Mafia with the group most nights; and our Karaoke nights (huge shout out Seyha…what a voice)! Another one of the key reasons of recommending this Tour is the opportunity to meet people from other parts of the world. On the Vietnam portion of the tour, in addition to Bobby and Liam, there were 23 members in our group ranging in age from early twenties to mid thirties with the exception of my husband and I, both of whom are 63. On the Cambodia portion, aside from Seyha and Bobby, there were 16 members (9 of us carried over from Vietnam plus 7 new members) with the same age range except the vast majority of this group were in their early to mid twenties. Despite being significantly older than everyone else (including the Group Leaders), my wife and I were widely welcomed and embraced by every single person! We can’t say enough about how much these wonderful, genuine, beautiful people touched our hearts! It was extremely difficult saying goodbye to our Intro Vietnam & Cambodia families and many of us shed tears! We are hopeful that they come to visit and stay with us on Vancouver Island! • The BEST Vietnam tour!

  I had an amazing time exploring Vietnam. Our tour guide Phatty was the BEST tour guide I’ve ever had. Phatty was so enthusiastic and made the Vietnam tour so special with his never ending enthusiasm. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect trip. The addition of the street food tour in Ho Chi Minh really added to the experience and I hope they continue this in the future. I can’t say enough positive comments about this tour. What a brilliant experience. I LOVED my Vietnam family :)

  It was an amazing experience with amazing people, the trip had something for everyone. Our group leader Sam was great at keeping us together and making sure we were all enjoying ourselves, couldn’t ask for anyone better to lead us. Wish I could relive it from the beginning!

  An unforgettable experience with varied activities and locations. The highlight being the homestay in Ninh Binh cycling through the rice paddies and staying with a local family. Our group leader Sam took care of everything and was great at being the group together. The trip was a great mix of social and cultural activities.

  I highly recommend this tour! This was my third tour with Intro Travel and they never fail to surpass my expectations. Not only do you get to see the best highlights from these two beautiful countries, this tour allows you to experience the culture and history. Tour was well organized and both guides were extremely knowledgable.   An amazing way to see Vietnam & Cambodia in under 3 weeks. Beautiful destinations with fun activities while still learning a lot about the local culture. Definitely made some life long friends and memories that won't be forgotten. I recommend this trip to anyone and if you can get Sam as your host then even better!

  Words probably can't describe how memorable this trip was. Sam, our tour guide, was fantastic throughout the whole trip. Constantly educating us about Vietnam and Cambodia and answering any questions we had on the trip. I most certainly made some lifelong friends from the trip. This is the third Intro Tour I've now been on as I've never been disappointed by them previously. The itinerary is a great mix of having fun, taking in the culture plus the occasional night out and really seeing the best parts on offer. The organisation on the trip is also second to none from transport to accommodation, no issues whatsoever. For anyone considering a tour, I would absolutely suggest booking with Intro and also get on a tour run by Sam!

  

  

  

• My first solo travel to Vietnam and Cambodia!

  I travelled to Vietnam and Cambodia with Intro travel earlier this year and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. I would thoroughly recommend Intro to travellers of any age and whether you are travelling with a group or solo. The itineraries are very organised with a perfect balance of activities to sightseeing to exploring to relaxing. I made both friends and memories for life on both tours. I was lucky enough to have Brad and James as tour guides. They were both super passionate about the countries, informative and were always there to help anyone out with absolutely anything, including when flights & onward travel got cancelled because of corona virus!! I have already put a deposit down for 3 more Intro tours and absolutely cannot wait! ✈️

  I went on the 21 day Vietnam and Cambodia tour in feb 2020 and had the best time! Kelly, Sam and Adrian were amazing leaders and made sure everything ran smoothly! It was so great having everything organised for us. The activities that we did were all very enjoyable and things that I wouldn’t have thought to do if I was travelling alone. Having an airport pickup from our leaders and onwards travel organised for us was a massive help! I can’t wait to go on another tour with intro soon!
