This is a full 3-hour guided tour of the highlights of the must-see Tower of London including a private Beefeater encounter that few get to enjoy. Ask questions, take a photo with the Beefeater and make the most of this tour.

I did an 8:45 a.m. tour and it was paced really nice. Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, and had a rapport with people (Beefeaters, etc.). He added a lot of stories and background.

Learned lots relating to the history of Tower of London through to present day monarchy. Our friendly guide Ben was the best! He had a wealth of information. Meeting a Beefeater was fantastic! And the ravens were so cool. Definitely would recommend as the time commitment was quite reasonable.

Ben was an excellent guide. He shared good information and plenty bad, but decently funny, jokes. His relationships with the staff made for a very smooth and informative tour. Great tour and fantastic guide.

It’s great to get in ahead of people but the Beefeater part was only the first 40 min or so. I liked seeing the chapel where Anne Boleyn and Katherine Howard are more than the Crown Jewels.

The Beefeater Meet and Greet is a MUST. It's worth the extra cost and elevated our experience notably. Our tour guide (I believe his name was Leo) was informative and willing to answer all our questions and give insights that really enhanced our knowledge of London and the Tower. The great thing about tours is that they know when and where to position you to get the full experience of any place you visit. On your own, you would be lucky to see or experience certain things. This tour was no different.

This is was more of an overview of what there is to see as opposed to a detailed and explained walk through in real time. I was expecting some education on what we were about to see, then see it, then move on to the next area. You will need time here to go back and go inside all the places the guide explained over the hours of the tour. If you are limited on time then do a self guided walk with the head sets they offer upon entry.
