Experience the flavours of Waiheke Island, a picturesque destination known for its wines, on a vineyard tour that includes lunch at an award-winning restaurant located right across from the beach. It's not every day that you get to dine with a beachfront view!
As you explore, take in the stunning sights of the island's beaches, villages, and homes while gaining insights into the local culture, history, geography, and Maori traditions. You'll have the opportunity to sample a variety of Waiheke wines, including Rosé, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, sparkling wine, and blends of Syrah and Bordeaux.
Indulge in a gourmet lunch at an acclaimed restaurant on the white-sand beach in Onetangi, located on the north coast of Waiheke Island. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Hauraki Gulf as you savour a delicious meal paired with a glass of wine.
After lunch, we’ll continue our journey to Onetangi Valley, where we will stop to taste more award-winning wines at two vineyards.

11am: Cable Bay Vineyard Wine Tastings at cellar door, exploring a variety of Waiheke Island and Marlborough–produced, hand-picked and harvested award-winning wines From here we drive through Oneroa Village and Oneroa Beach, Surfdale Village, Ostend Village past the Golden Mile of Onetangi where most of the Vineyards are located to the beautiful East Coast beach of Onetangi. Lots of scenic and commentry.
Gorgeous local restaurant right on the beach at Onetangi for a set menu lunch with a glass of wine. This restaurant is a firm local favourite.

5.00Oliver was our guide and was very knowledgeable about Waiheke and made the trip a fun day. We visited three different wineries and had a fun and relaxing time at each. There was a good variety of wines tasted and the wineries were very professional regarding their presentation. I would highly recommend the tour. Oliver also gave us a nice tour of the island and shared his local knowledge.

3.00The guide was very nice and very pleasant! I would give five stars for that! However, this whole tour is very overpriced. The wines were only partly good. When tasting, there wasn't even a small piece of bread. The lunch touted as a highlight consisted of a tiny bit of bread with olive oil and a main course (without side dish). No dessert and no coffee. The tour was nice but really overpriced!

5.00An excellent wine tasting tour around the beautiful Waiheke island from start to end. All three tastings were great, the lunch was delicious, our tour guide Nooroa was so fun, kind and made an effort to get to know everyone in our group. He had engaging commentary while driving around the island and gave helpful tips once he learned where we were still traveling to around NZ. It was easy to find the pickup location after getting off the ferry as well. We hope to visit the island again in the future and stay longer next time.

5.00We had a great experience. Our tour guide was friendly, funny and very informative. The wineries were beautiful and gave a great tasting experience. The 1 hat (their Michelin star rating) was delicious. A great final touch is if you want to stay on the island after the tour they will drive you to where you want to go. Amazing service start to finish!! We would definitely do this again

5.00Such an amazing experience. The lunch was delicious and the entire day felt relaxed and well organised. Being able to visit multiple wineries, take in the sights and not worry about driving or organising transport made the experience completely stress-free and even more enjoyable. It was also great to meet people from around the world. Our guide was an absolute legend! Knowledgeable, friendly and happy to take photos for us throughout the day. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend this tour.

4.00Had a great time with Shane our guide. He was right there to pick us up and dropped us back at the ferry. The negatives were no one sent in our lunch order, and the trip seemed kind of rushed. It would have been nicer to spend a bit more time on the island and at the vineyards

5.00Our coach driver Rob was funny but also really organised and nothing was too much trouble. Visited Cable bay, postage stamp and Stony Ridge. All three excellent wines and knowledgeable staff. Special mention for Chiara at Stonyridge who was very entertaining (and real passion for wine). Lunch at 372 was superb. Highly recommended!

5.00We shared a great experience with a small group. Our tour leader Karen was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of all things Waiheke Island. The wine tastings were fun and informative. Lunch was excellent and the weather beautiful. We also met some amazing people from other countries making the experience even more special.
