This beautiful, boutique, authentic, scenic wine tour offers the best views and wines of Waiheke Island. You will visit three of the island’s world-renowned vineyards for wine tastings and a lunch stop at The Batch Winery, which boasts breathtaking 360-degree views of the Hauraki Gulf. From this vineyard, you can enjoy the stunning sights of Auckland and the iconic Rangitoto Volcano.
During the tour, our local authentic Tour Guides will give engaging commentary and teach you about the Island the culture and the people of Waiheke.
Our itinerary starts with tastings at 11 AM, followed by lunch (at your own expense) at a stunning venue, then we will head to Onetangi Valley for additional wine tastings. The grand finale will take place at The Mudbrick Vineyard. All vineyards offer breathtaking views, showcasing picturesque villages, beautiful beaches, lush vineyards, and charming homes.

Mudbrick Vineyard
Wine tasting at Mudbrick Vineyard, an idyllic setting with spectacular sea views out across the Waitemata Harbour to Auckland city. If any of the vineyards are unavailable on the day you will be advised and we will replace it with a vineyard of equal quality.

Beautiful Vineyard with stunning views aover the Hauraki Gulf, Visit Cable Bay Vineyards’ cellar door, exploring a variety of Waiheke Island and Marlborough–produced, hand-picked and harvested award-winning wines.

5.00We were picked up by Debbie at the ferry terminal. Probably 25 people were on this tour and we had plenty of room on the bus. Debbie was a great guide and super helpful. We are wine buffs and she was sure to let us know about an extra tasting available at one of the vineyards. We visited 3 wineries plus another one where we could purchase lunch (not included). All tasting fees are included tho. Highly recommended

5.00Was a beautiful and tasty afternoon seeing Weiheke and going wine tasting. Rob was our driver and has some great jokes and Kiwi music- he was awesome! All of the wineries are educational and gorgeous to see. You can't beat the wine there or experience. Get lunch at Batch if you can and order a glass of wine! You should have time to sit on the bean bag chairs outside to enjoy your wine after lunch before heading to the next tasting (even if you don't get lunch at Batch, you'll still be able to enjoy the views for a bit).

5.00Caleb was a great guide. It’s a beautiful island with great scenery. Enjoyed your wineries. We were treated at the ferry terminal and treated first class until we returned to the terminal.

4.00The island is beautiful and the trip over from Auckland CBD is painless. The tour staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The sommeliers were all very knowledgeable of there craft and wines which made the presentation very interesting. We are wine junkies and have had some amazing NZ wines in the states. Those we sampled were not them. The wineries were stunning but had mediocre offerings. We drank them but our expectations were higher. That said it was a beautiful day and we met some really fun people. The tour was worth the money but we were looking for better wines.
