He had great insights into modern life here, and the balance between past and present made the tour even more interesting. I asked a ton of questions throughout the tour, and Thiago answered every one of them with patience, detail, and genuine expertise. He also sent us a great list of recommendations afterward, and the ones we've tried have all been spot-on! This tour was easily one of the highlights of our trip! 5.00Tiago was an amazing tour guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and super friendly. The tour was surprisingly affordable for the amount of history and insight we got from him. I really appreciated how he encouraged us to push through to the “finish line.” It was a good reminder not to give up too quickly. We almost didn’t finish the tour—not because of Tiago, but because I made the mistake of booking it on the same day we arrived from the USA. Jet lag hit us hard, but I’m so glad we powered through. It turned out to be a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this tour with Tiago!

5.00From the moment we met Thiago, it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. His vibrant energy immediately set the tone for an unforgettable exploration of Porto. While the city's rich history could take days to cover, Thiago masterfully tailored the experience, always ready with insightful answers to our many curious questions—even the most random ones sparked by things we saw along the way. What made the tour special was how he led us off the typical tourist path, into quieter corners and lesser-known spots that made us feel like insiders. He consistently exceeded our expectations, offering not just facts but stories that brought the streets to life. A surprise moment (literally)—getting divebombed by bird poop—wasn't exactly on our itinerary, but Thiago handled it like a pro, pulling out napkins without missing a beat. It was oddly fitting for such a spontaneous and genuine adventure. The way the tour wrapped up (we won’t spoil the surprise!) was incredibly calming and meaningful. It left us with a lasting sense of connection to both the city and its people. Highly recommended for anyone looking for more than just a surface-level tour of Porto.

5.00Thiago is a FANTASTIC guide. He does this because he loves sharing his knowledge and he loves connecting with people. His passion for the city of Porto and for Portugal is evident and he was able to connect with and share so much with our group of 10 people. We were running a few minutes behind and he was so gracious about it and even stayed past the end time of our tour with us. He also arranged a beautiful surprise spread for us at a local shop and even had a slice of birthday cake for me which was so thoughtful! I highly recommend any of Thiago’s tours and experiences. We did two experiences with him and loved them both. Thank you Thiago!

5.00Thiago was amazing! He had such fun energy and told us great stories and local tips. My friends and I did the 3-hour tour with the wine and snacks and it was the best. I would definitely recommend for a great guide around Porto!
