Excellent day at Typoon lagoon . Very clean and well organised and fun family rides not too scary for the kids. Most rides open had to leave a little early due to storm which was noted in advance by the park so folk had plenty of time to leave . It was a big storm so would not have wanted to stay

Best for kids but the rudest and most unprofessional lifeguards I ve ever encountered. These people (and I hate that phrase) are so double standard - especially in the ski patrol area. My child was trying to get out of the area after the activity and I attempted to assist her (she was not in danger) - stay outside the rope - minutes later other parents are doing the same - but are not called out. Disney -you are better than this. Free towels are a nice perk. Parking is very narrow - be warned The wave pool and lazy river are nice recover a few points

Such a great time. The staff was friendly and the wave pool was our favorite. We stayed in there for hours. I will definitely be going again next year.

It is great vacation place for family, especially kids. We all enjoyed! My son likes the wave pool and the slides! There are lots of food stalls to buy foods. But I suggest if they could add more umbrella or shaded areas for sitting because it is so hot during summer.

Surprisingly good and affordable for Disney. It also includes access to typhoon lagoon on the same ticket. The lions were not bad and the rides are as daring or safe as you want them to be.

The park has several attractions and the best of all: few queues. It is a great place to put on the schedule of your trip.

## 2-Star Review: Disney's Blizzard Beach - A Fading Winter Wonderland Our recent trip to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park during the 4th of July weekend left us feeling distinctly underwhelmed. While the premise of a melting ski resort is charming, the park itself feels tired and in desperate need of a refresh. It's clear that this winter wonderland is showing its age. The rides, while still offering some thrills, felt dated compared to other water parks we've visited. Many of the slides simply lack the innovative designs and modern excitement we've come to expect from Disney. It felt like walking through a park that hasn't seen significant investment in years, leading to a somewhat uninspired experience. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was the food situation. For a Disney park, the food options were incredibly limited and unappetizing. We struggled to find anything beyond generic theme park fare, and what was available often felt overpriced for the quality. It was a real struggle to find a satisfying meal, especially with the added challenge of navigating the holiday weekend crowds. We expected more variety and quality from Disney dining, and Blizzard Beach simply didn't deliver. Speaking of the 4th of July weekend, while we anticipated crowds, the dated facilities and limited food just amplified the feeling of being packed in without adequate infrastructure to support the number of guests. The overall experience felt less like a magical Disney day and more like a crowded, slightly rundown public pool. Overall, Blizzard Beach feels like a forgotten gem that needs some serious attention. Until it gets a significant update and a much-needed overhaul of its food offerings, we'd recommend looking elsewhere for your water park fun.

This tickets wasn’t worth it still had to pay full price they need to put blackout dates in the details so people can know when this tickets aren’t available! Had to pay extra which was fine but we could have just bought the regular tickets!!!

Better to buy tickets directly on Disney site. I purchased on Viator thinking I was saving a few dollars. Viator had me pick eligible days which I did. I followed the directions to link my tickets to the Disney experience app, however, that didn’t work. I went to customer service at Typhoon Lagoon and they told me these tickets I purchased on Viator were ineligible as it was a black out day (despite Viator selling the ticket as an eligible day). I had to pay extra money at that point to make the ticket eligible for entry. I called Viator to resolve and all they did was put me on hold between service reps. They kept telling me it was a 1-2 minute hold and would keep me on hold for several minutes with no resolution. After a total of about 30 minutes of this, I hung up the phone as I was waiting outside the park in the heat! Save yourself the hassle and just buy the tickets directly on the Disney app instead of a third party.

We came here as part of the Disney resort stay promo where it's "free" to go on check in day. That said, it was good experience. I liked the lazy river. We tried a few od the water slides but the lines were super long. It was our first visit here so I didnt know the loungers are not adjustable. That was a bit annoying. They had small chairs but then you cannot recline either. Food was decent for a lunch.
