Viator was not very helpful.. no details regarding how far to go to begin the tour.. we missed our start time due to poor communication and consequently we were only able to view one waterfall before we had to return to hotel to catch our train.. we spent more money on our uber than our hop on hop off tour….

They didn’t warn us that a main road was closed so the route was kinda difficult to understand. It was way over priced for what we got. We thought it would be a guided tour and it was just them driving us to free locations with little to no explanation.

People were very nice and accommodating. We missed our tour because of a flight delay but got to another tour without a problem, but that is when you notice that you can just take your car and go on your own at you own pace. We have to wait a long time for our bus.

Go in the morning, that way you have longer to see the sights. We went in the afternoon and only saw a couple of the gorgeous sights.

It was such a great experience! Perfect for tourists! I wanted to see all the waterfalls but I really didn’t wanna have to worry about the traffic and parking and this was a perfect alternative to that.
