Honi Olani is a 53-foot catamaran that has both covered seating as well as outdoor seating. The configuration of the catamaran is great for viewing and picture taking of the Hawaiian Sunset. Enjoy this two hour cruises on the west side of the island which is known for its beautiful sunsets. Look for Dolphins Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles Humpback Whales [in season], and Flying Fish Board a sailing catamaran and sail past the immense Makaha Valley and see it in all its glory, peak to shore, in the beautiful late-afternoon lighting. The captains and crew will teach you about Hawaii’s long and storied history of the sea, from fishing, to pioneering surfing, and the Hawaiian art of way-finding – using paths of stars, the sun, clouds, wind, swell, even birds in flight to find their way across the vast ocean. After sunset, gaze at the stars as you return to the harbor, and try to match the constellations to the Hawaiian names on a Hawaiian sky map.

5.00Definitely recommend! We had such an awesome relaxing time on this sunset cruise. The crew was friendly and interactive with us. We even got other recommendations from them. The drinks were good too. Certainly worth the price for such beautiful views and a wonderful crew!

5.00Hawai’i Nautical provides such a great experience! We have done the West Oahu Sunset Cruise during our last two visits to the island and will now make it a tradition! The drinks are great, the staff super friendly, and the views amazing! Cannot recommend this cruise enough!

5.00Last evening, my friend and I went on the sunset cruise on west Oahu from Hawaii Nautical. We were picked up by Quin from the Marriott Ko Olina resort and drove about 20 minutes up the coast. All I can say is that this will be the highlight of my trip to Oahu. The 63’ sailboat cruised along the wild, stunning and jaw dropping coast with views of mountains both far and near. Think Jurassic Park. The mountains drop right into the ocean as the coastal road comes to an end. The crew was great too- kudos to Quin, Dave and Ian. They pointed out many things, answered our questions while providing drinks and a nice box of food. Three great guys who really knew what they were doing. If you want to go on a sail and see the real coastline (no high rises ), while enjoying spinner dolphins and a gorgeous sunset, I highly recommend this 2 hour trip. Thanks, guys!

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. The boat was beautiful and the captain and crew were very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about the island from the crew and had a peaceful and relaxing trip. I highly recommend, especially if you are staying on the west side of the island.

5.00I was thrilled to find this sunset sail cruise on the west side of Oahu. It was about a 5 min drive from where we were staying versus having to drive all the way into Waikiki. The price was reasonable and consistent with similar experiences elsewhere. Crew was polite and engaging. There were only 4 couples on the cruise the day we went which was great because it wasn't remotely crowded. My husband and I weren't crazy about the food that was provided but had planned for dinner elsewhere anyway. I would definitely book this cruise again and recommend it to others.

5.00awesome crew. very friendly and safe. cruise was amazing with awesome water. As someone whose sailed sailed over 50 years, these guys know their stuff. very nice catamaran, clean and well equipped. crew gave us a list of off the beaten path places to visit and they were spot on for all of them. gave us some real hole in the wall local eats that only locals know about and they were all fantastic!! would def recommend and we will definitely go with them again!
