Very knowledgeable tour guide. He walked pretty fast so we had to keep up. The headsets we received were only for one ear, so the noise around the Very busy area, made it difficult to hear him.

We had a great guide through the city. We did it with our kids who "checked out" a little during the walking tour but all loved the war rooms. The war rooms were locked right after the war and are left exactly as they were then. Truly insightful and fascinating. The audio tour had options for kids which kept them engaged. If you like Churchill or anything WW2 I would highly recommend.

There is a lot of walking, those with mobility issues, even a cane or walking stick may experience problems. Walking through busy London. War Rooms is fantastic, but pack your patience, it is a huge tourist destination, once inside however, plenty of room to spread out. Can easily spend hours there. Guide was a little forgetful that he actually had a tour group, but we all looked out for one another.
