1.00The leader of our group lost us while crossing an intersection. We went to the Churchill War Rooms on our own and they would not let us in without the group and we had to buy a ticket. The lady there called you and was told you would refund our money. How do we get a refund?

1.00Make sure you meet your group at the location on the first email, it is not on the reminders. We went directly to the War room. I called Viator and they said to wait there. We waited for 2 hours and the tour never showed. I ended up paying for tickets at the site costing another $100.00 as this was the only place my husband asked to go on the entire 11 day trip. The War rooms are great but not double the price.
