What To Expect
Begin your day at Balgownie Estate, with the option of a convenient CBD pickup included in your package. Travel in comfort on the Global Ballooning bus to your scenic launch site and participate in the balloon setup. Experience approximately 1 hour of flight over the picturesque Yarra Valley, taking in sweeping views of vineyards and rolling hills. Once you land, assist with the balloon pack-down, then return to Balgownie Estate. Indulge in a buffet breakfast (if included) while your flight photos are shared via the Global Ballooning app, ready to download. Take home a luxe balloon magnet as a lasting memento of your unforgettable adventure.

5.00Thank you so much for all crews from Global Ballonning Australia. You guys have 5 stars rating for very valid reasons. Starting from the book and downloading the apps are really easy and straight forward. The web easy to navigate. I have changed the date due to my wife surgery and it was so easy by phone. Last Sunday we went to the meeting point in Balgownie Estate and met very friendly and hard working crews. Our pilot is so knowledgeable and keep us informed during the flight. Thanks Eddie for save flight. And a big thanks too to the ground staff and our driver Quinn that was so friendly, funny and heart warming person. We will use their service in the city next time when we had a chance. If you have Insta360 or 360 Camera, bring it on when flight. I took my small camera bag with standard zoom and wide angle. Maybe 70-200mm and a wide angle lens will be better set for my next try. Thanks and all the best. 🤗🤗🤗

5.00An amazing experience, taking off in thick fog to travel above the cloud to a magical land. Steve and Glenn work as a well oiled machine to set up and pack up this massive balloon, including the group at all times. An experience not to be missed, even on a cold, dark, foggy morning

5.00We were booked on this flight through Trail finders, we thoroughly enjoyed being involved in getting the balloon ready, we took off, unfortunately, it was cloudy so we Couldn't see Yarra, however, the experience of rising above the clouds to see the sunshine and look down on the clouds was mystical. At the end we again assisted in bringing the balloon back in. It was a super couple of hours.

Scarlett, our pilot, was incredibly kind and also a fantastic guide, making the entire journey feel comfortable and engaging. A special thanks to her for such a smooth and gentle landing. The whole crew was warm, welcoming, and very well organised, which made the experience seamless. The thoughtful memorabilia from the pilot at the end was a lovely touch and a perfect way to remember the day. We would definitely recommend Global Ballooning to anyone planning a hot air balloon experience in the Yarra Valley.

5.00We had a fabulous experience, the weather was perfect and the scenery amazing after there had been some rain in the area. The vineyards were looking lush and it was beautiful as the sun came up. It was a beautiful flight and the staff were all so helpful.
