  We had an amazing experience during our trip, thanks to Antonio and Henry, who picked us up from the hotel. They were friendly and patient, sharing insights about the local culture while pointing out interesting sights along the way. Once we arrived, Antonio took over as our guide for the day, leading us through a series of enjoyable activities. We started with horse riding, which was a lot of fun, followed by an exhilarating zip-lining adventure with seven lines. Afterward, we visited a shop that offered local coffee beans and tasted some exceptional coffee. We also learned about sugar cane production and witnessed pottery-making demonstrations. The water slide provided a unique and entertaining experience, quite different from what we were used to back home. Following that, we enjoyed a delicious meal before relaxing in the sauna. The highlight of the day was the mud bath, topped off by a soak in the rejuvenating volcanic spring water, which made me feel deeply connected to nature. Antonio was with us throughout, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this adventure; it was a delightful experience that I would gladly repeat.

  Incredible once in a lifetime tour-beautiful wildlife, volcanoes, zip lining, horseback riding, hot springs all in one day! Neme our tour guide was incredible- so full of knowledge and really made sure we enjoyed ourselves

  Freddy was very helpful coordinating the best day of adventure for our family. We spent the day at Rincón de Vieja horseback riding, tubing, ziplining and finished the day in the natural volcanic hot springs. Kevin, our driver, and Kelman, our tour guide, were prompt picking us up at our vacation home and took excellent care of us all day. We enjoyed visiting with Kelman and learning about local lingo, history, plants and cultural facts. Lunch was wonderful as well. Our 3 teen sons loved it all! We look forward to a future trip to Costa Rica and experiencing another tour through Freddy’s Experiences!

  This was an incredible experience! Everything went so smoothly. My friend and I lucked out and got to do everything on our own and our guide, Kelman, was so professional and so nice! We never felt rushed and we were able to enjoy everything at our own pace. The ziplining was terrifying but so exciting! I LOVED the horseback ride and the waterside was fun too! Even the lunch was pretty delicious! Learned a lot and had the adventure I was looking for! Highly recommend!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Perfect Full Day Adventure for All Ages!** What an absolutely incredible day with Freddy’s Adventure Tours! Our guide was phenomenal - extremely knowledgeable about Costa Rica’s flora, fauna, and volcanoes, plus so friendly and cheerful throughout the entire day. He even stopped for fresh fruit from a roadside stand on the way and let us grab supplies at a grocery store on the return trip. **The Adventures:** **Zip Lining:** Started with beautiful zip lining through the forest and over a stunning river gorge with waterfalls. The cool breeze and scenery were breathtaking! **Horseback Riding:** Rode horses through wooded areas - the horses were clearly well cared for despite the high volume of riders they see daily. Really impressed with how well they’re maintained. **River Tubing:** This was exhilarating! Outfitted with life jackets and sturdy inner tubes, we rode individually in a group of about 50 people down 4-5 miles of rapids. The water was cool and refreshing, and guides were stationed throughout the river to help when needed. Definitely not for the faint of heart, but so much fun! **Hot Springs:** The afternoon at the natural hot mineral springs was absolutely magical. We started by covering ourselves in volcanic mud, let it dry, then rinsed off in the refreshing river before moving from hot pool to hot pool. All pools were easily accessible from trails (though you could cross through the river for more adventure). So relaxing and soothing after our action-packed day. **Food:** Traditional lunch buffet with beef stew, rice, beans, salad, rice pudding, lemonade, and candied plantains served in an open-air restaurant. Good quality for a buffet setting. **Perfect for Everyone:** Our group of 18 ranged from age 6 to 75, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the full day! Most agreed the hot springs were the highlight, with tubing and zip lining close behind. **Highly recommend Freddy’s Adventure Tours for an unforgettable Costa Rican adventure!**

  The tour guides were absolutely amazing and made the experience much more enjoyable. The tour is a perfect mix of fun, adventure, and relaxation. I would highly recommend this if you are visiting Costa Rica.

  Wanted to share our amazing experience in Costa Rica as it was our first time. It was a girls trip, myself am in my mid 30’s, my daughter who’s 11 and my dear friend same age as me. I pre booked our excursions with Freddy after reading others great reviews about him and his guides and I am so grateful we did. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide than Freddy, our other guide Reiner and our driver Ronnie, during our trip to Costa Rica! He planned three unforgettable excursions for us: a breathtaking rainforest tour- coffee farm tour, cocao experience and delightful lunch, an action-packed volcano adventure with another incredible meal, and a relaxing but also quite fun afternoon snorkeling off a catamaran. Freddy’s and Reiner’s knowledge of the local wildlife, plants, and culture truly enriched our rainforest tour—he pointed out things we never would’ve noticed on our own! During the volcano adventure, his enthusiasm and energy kept the day exciting and fun, and he made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The catamaran trip was the perfect way to wind down, with Freddy ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy snorkeling and soaking in the stunning views. We even got to see some a sea cave and puffer fish while snorkeling and they were beautiful. The food on the catamaran was so delicious and the open bar as a nice touch🤣 Freddy’s attention to detail, warm personality, and passion for sharing Costa Rica’s beauty made every excursion unforgettable. We’re so grateful for his expertise and kindness—he made our trip truly special. If you’re visiting Costa Rica, you must book your tours with Freddy. Five stars all the way!   The views were amazing we had a great time we did tubing, horseback riding, pipeline and volcanic mud bath and hot springs. Our guide minor is very knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable great guide! Our driver Ayden was great also very attentive.
