The company is located on a hill in Località Sant'Anna in the heart of the Langhe and enjoys the view overlooking the Barolo area. You will visit the Barricaia built below the ground where the barriques rest. Visitors can taste the evolution of Nebbiolo grapes, from Nebbiolo Il Donato to Barolo.

The vineyard is in one of the highest municipalities in the Alta Langa: Cissone, at 650m above sea level. The height and the mountain climate allow us to achieve an extraordinary result: at the time of harvest (end of August - September) the grapes reach a degree of maturity combined with an exceptional freshness that would be impossible to obtain at lower altitudes. The result? Complex wine and at the same time soft, creamy, very pleasant! We are in no hurry: we let our Classic Method refine for at least 40 months on its yeasts at a controlled temperature. Only at the moment we deem optimal do we put it on the market. We thus manage to obtain a rich straw yellow colour, a fine perlage, complex aromas of aromatic herbs and ripe fruit, a long persistence on notes of sweet almond. With the visit you will understand the secrets of the production of Classic Method bubbles and why the right approach and patience can lead to exceptional results!

Tradition has it that everyone tries to pass over or as close as possible to the Belvedere Civic Tower which overlooks the city and then descends and lands on one of the many grass fields that surround Mondovì.

The route is approximately 40 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 640 metres, therefore suitable for medium-trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the castles and medieval villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The dirt route is of intermediate level and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty in tackling the parts on dirt road, the guide will show you how to do it safely, or he will change the route to asphalt to make it easier and more fun for everyone.

With this full-day tour, I'll take you on a discovery of some of the finest local cheeses and wines, which shepherds and small farmers keep alive with their hard work and passion in some of the most authentic and pristine areas of our region. We'll begin the day by visiting a small dairy in Alta Langa. Here, you'll have the opportunity to learn about their traditional cheesemaking process and hear details about their pasture-raising method, while walking and observing the animals around the farm. Around midday, it's the perfect time for a light and authentic lunch at the farm : we'll taste their delicious cheeses along with other local products such as honey, homemade jams, and sourdough bread. A delicious lunch with a breathtaking view of the valley. After saying goodbye to this beautiful place, we'll continue our journey to the winery. We will start our day in the historical center of Neive, a small medieval hilltop town. One of the towns of the Barbaresco wine area and one of Italy’s top 5 most beautiful hilltop villages. We will sit down in a caffè with a warm beverage of your choice and will go over the area with the local maps to give a better idea of the regions, the grapes, the winemaking process, and what we will be tasting throughout the day. From there we will take a beautiful drive through the the hilly roadways that are covered in vines that brings us to our first winery stop, where we will see the wine making process, talk about some family history, and a taste of some of the family’s most precious wines. After we will stop in a medieval village for lunch at a small local spot, before heading to our second winery visit. We will then after, head back to our meeting point where you will be free to enjoy an aperitivo or dinner after the tour. The start time is at 9.30 and the end time is at 17.00
