5.00Had a wonderful tour covering so much of YellowStone National Park in one day. Dave was great fun and shared so much about the area. Only critique is start earlier than 8 am as parks gets crowded and parking is a challenge in some areas. The weather was beautiful (sunny and mid 60s) in the afternoon for open air experience) yet consider closing top during long drives to next area.

3.00Our driver, Sandy, was very knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed when we could finally have the top open as the bus was claustrophobic when closed. The downside to having the open top is that we could not hear Sandy while she was driving. The tour information when we booked (through Viator) said there would be a maximum of 10 passengers. There were 14 full-size adults, some larger than others, crammed in the bus. The back seat of the bus sat 4 that MAY have been comfortable for small children but certainly not adults. We were also informed by Viator that we needed to confirm a pickup location and gave us 2 choices. We confirmed our pickup location the day before as instructed but apparently that information was never shared with the tour operator. After miscues of where to meet were handled, we found out from Sandy that she had picked up at two other places very near where we were staying. We essentially lost the first hour of the trip. Last, but certainly not least, the tour was advertised as a tour starting at 9 and lasting 10 hours. Our tour ended at 4:30. If we had factual information to make our evaluation for our choice, we likely would have chosen a different experience. There is definitely a disconnect between Viator and the tour company. I would suggest speaking directly to Cody Wyoming Tours so that you can have accurate information to make your decision on your selection.

5.00We were amazed at all the sites and Michael added so many interesting details. There were so many wonderful photo ops of wild animals and Michael would pull over so we could see them. The group blended well together with Michael as the tour guide.. Thank you for the best tour of Yellowstone.

5.00Phoebe was an excellent tour guide. So friendly and knowledgeable about Yellowstone park. Made our day very enjoyable, just like spending the day with a close friend. We will highly recommend this. My favorite part was riding in open van. Seeing beautiful mountains through the top of the van. Enjoying every moment. Debby and joe
