Bikes can be picked up at our convenient downtown location at your preferred appointment time. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WANT EVERY RIDER TO HAVE THE SAME GREAT EXPERIENCE LEARNING TO OPERATE THEIR E-BIKE, AND WE TAILOR OUR APPOINTMENTS TO PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE TO OUR GUESTS. FAILURE TO ARRIVE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME MAY RESULT IN ASHEVILLE E-BIKES STAFF BEING UNAVAILABLE TO GIVE A THOROUGH TUTORIAL. IN SOME INSTANCES LATE ARRIVALS WILL NEED TO CALL AND HAVE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED OVER THE PHONE. Our Blix Aveny e-bikes have the power you need to conquer any hill. The Aveny features a comfortable upright seating position, a powerful 500w motor and safety features designed to make your ride trouble free. Long lasting batteries will carry you up to 45 miles before needing a charge. - The Packa Ride by yourself or with a friend on our Blix Packa electric bikes. The Packa has a higher weight capacity, an optional second seat for passengers, a powerful 750W motor and dual battery system with a 70 mile range. Perfect for parents with older children! - Important **You must be at least 18 years old to rent/ride an e-bike from us. Passengers must be over 18 or accompanied by a parent/guardian.** **Combined Aveny rider/cargo weight should not exceed 270 lbs per the manufacturer.** **Combined Packa rider/cargo weight should not exceed 400 lbs per the manufacturer.** **Please be ready to show your confirmation email when you receive your bike rental.**
