Fun and scary all at the same time lol... As soon as It began the room went dark and the character appeared & yes I jumped haha. It's very interactive and I got chosen to go to the docks for the use of witchcraft 😂. My partner got chosen in the torture room also and was used to demonstrate the torture tools.😂 Don't go along if you don't like social interactions or group activities. It's dark at times for a few minutes in some rooms and also jump scares but no one touches you. A few moments where you could get sprinkled with water but nothing major, adds to effect. Wear comfy shoes as it's dark walking from room to room. The characters are great and the stories are good. It's worth a visit for sure.

Funny, interactive tour of Scottish “dungeons.” The actors who led the experience committed to the bit, and they integrated props very effectively.

Me and my dad visited on Saturday 6th June, and we had a phenomenal time. It was so funny and scary at the same time, going through different rooms seeing all of the different characters. We got wet (not soaked) and I was laughing when my dad appeared in the dock of the court room. At one of the rooms when it went dark and became light one of the characters appeared in front of me and I jumped out my skin. It was such a fantastic time and I would 100% come again!!!

James was a great guide. I signed up expecting just food but took away a lot of historical and cultural factoids about Penang too, which was the perfect combination as most walking tours in Penang seemed way too long (considering the heat). James was so well prepared that he carried napkins and disposable cutlery in his bag so we can share dishes. I might be biased as this is my second time here and I already know my fav is Char Kway Teow. I only wish we had that at the middle not the end of the tour!

Great fun for adults! Excellent effects and committed cast members. Some parts are definitely too scary for kids.
