Pick-up time may fluctuate 5-15 minutes if we have multiple customers. *We will not take extra passengers not on our tour list*
Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund: If you cancel 6 or more days before the scheduled tour date.
50% Refund: If you cancel between 3 to 5 days before the scheduled tour date.
No Refund: If you cancel less than 3 days before the scheduled date.
-No refunds for weather unless Hanauma closes.
*Tours may change or be canceled depending on weather, traffic conditions, minimum number of participants not met, etc.
*We will be unable to upload images in unforeseen events such as camera malfunctions, etc.

What To Expect
Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve
-6:30AM/11:30AM pick up from Waikiki/Kahala hotel or 7:00AM/12:00PM meet at Hanauma -Arrive at Hanauma Bay 7:00AM/12:00PM (Snorkel for about 1 hour, but will adjust to individual physical condition) -Depart from Hanauma Bay and arrive at hotel around 10:30~11:00/3:30~4:00

2.00The guide simply swam on her own near us and never checked in with us, too busy taking photos. Didn't guide us at all or tell us about the fish. This was distressing given high current and audible announcements from lifeguards to be careful. The guide did not seem to notice, care, or advise us of the conditions. Additionally, my partner was unable to participate due to injury and the guide said no refunds and completely ignored my partner who simply sat on the beach the whole time.

5.00This was an excellent time. Beautiful location and best guide ever. Fumio made sure we were safe and she brought us to locations to make sure we were seeing the sea life and even found a turtle for us to see. We had a lovely time in a beautiful location. Enjoyed some time just sitting on the beach as well.

5.00It is absolutely amazing! Famio, our guide, was very patient. She knew just where to take us to see a beautiful sea turtle and the most colorful sea life. She took many pictures as snorkeled for us to keep. We even got to watch a monk sea sleeping. Great experience!! Worth it!! Hanauma Bay is gorgeous beyond words or pictures!!

5.00This is in Hawaii, but this has to be one of the top 10. The sea life was so vibrant, and our guide knew all the right places to take us. Even if you don’t wanna snorkel, just sitting on the beach and watching the colors change in this beautiful Bay is an experience. Our guide.Fumio was very knowledgeable, patient, and very well equipped. I would ask for her by name.

5.00Our tour guide was great and it was just us so it was very personalized. We did feel sad it’s a coral dessert and seeing people step or lay on top of the coral reef. Made me sad to be part of what is destroying this beautiful bay. Also don’t expect to see turtles.

5.00I booked this trip last minute and I cannot be happier. The pickup was convenient due to my hotel being on the pickup list. The guide was super friendly and informative. The snorkeling itself was amazing, we saw a plethora of sea life and even swam with two turtles.
