did the London by night bus tour, having done this before. It did not follow the advertised route. We did not cross a bridge, and we did not see The London Eye and the Shard, also other attractions like St Paul's Cathedral. We did the same loop down Whitehall twice. We were stationary at bus stops for 10 minutes at a time, and the tour ended 10 minutes early. I rang Tootbus and complained and Anna gave me free hop on hop off tickets and a river cruise for the following day which was good. I feel sorry though for the American family who were leaving London the following day, they lost out. Poor experience.

You wait too long. More than half an hour at a stop watching more than three competing buses pass by. The bus is not reflected in real time. In the app it said it was coming in 8 minutes and it happened in half an hour. The equipment damaged. Broken headphone inputs . In one part of the route of the blue line we were lowered and changed buses because that one was no longer going (In Buckingham Palace). Good recordings. Lively. Very friendly staff. But few buses and tomorrow frequency. Next time I'm going to City Bus, which happened a lot.

It was perfect! Did this with my husband in November and it was great! Viewing the sites at night is a truly different but amazing experience. The bus left promptly on time and was able 1.5hrs. Listened to the commentary and learnt a lot about the British culture. Would definitely recommend! If doing this tour during the cold season be sure to have a hat and scarf if sitting on the top level. It does get a little chilly.

The tour was well organized and the guide was friendly. I expected to see more original Christmas decorations, but the bus can’t run in the little streets where they are more beautiful to see.

The audio connection and provided info was very poor. We didn’t get any info. It was not satisfactory at all.

It was really neat to do the night tour and see everything lit up. I was very thankful to the company for a fun way to see the city.

Great way to see London without having to walk around! Very pleasant experience. Bring a hat as it gets a bit chilly on top of the bus..

Great time A Great Way to See the Sights, With a Few Tips Tootbus was a fantastic way to get our bearings in London and see all the major landmarks without the hassle of navigating the Tube. It's especially great if you're a first-time visitor or have kids with you. The routes are comprehensive, hitting everything from the Tower of London to Buckingham Palace, and the flexibility to hop off and explore a spot before catching the next bus is a real plus. A unique feature we appreciated was the special audio commentary for children, which kept our little one engaged. However, there are a few things to keep in mind for a smoother experience. The audio guide commentary sometimes struggled to sync up perfectly with our location, and the complimentary headphones weren't the best quality, so I'd highly recommend bringing your own pair. Also, while the buses are meant to arrive every 15-20 minutes, London traffic can cause delays, and we occasionally waited longer. It's wise to use their app to track buses in real-time but also to have a bit of patience. For the best views, grab a seat on the open-air top deck, but be ready for London's unpredictable weather! Verdict: A solid choice for families and anyone wanting a relaxed overview of London's iconic sights. Just bring your own headphones and a little patience.
