Vic gave a wondeful, informational, organized tour. He showed us the coffee plants and roasting, cacao demonstration, tastings of both. He also took us to a Maya women-owned textile shop with a hands on portion. Would highly recommend for a unique, efficient tour of San Juan.

We loved our tour with Victor. He is very knowledgable, sharing his family’s connection to the coffee in Lake Atitlan as well as connecting us with locals in other industries in Guatemala, giving us the opportunity to experience some of the culture of the lake. The demonstrations of weaving and chocolate making were wonderful to experience.

Such a great time! Perfect duration of tour! I learned a lot, but also it didn’t take all day and that is just what I needed. He showed us where the coffee started, in the farms, and took us step by step until we were drinking coffee at a cafe! I reached out even before the tour because I was traveling to San Juan from Pana and he responded promptly and answered all my questions.

Amazing experience! Would recommend. It’s the perfect appetizer of key parts of Guatemala. I came with my dad when he visited and provided a great intro to Guatemala — San Juan.
