5.00Our guide James was great, he made it so fun and comfortable for my wife who had never rafted before. Wonderful first rafting experience for her! The course was fun, had plenty of rapids to keep us busy and entertained but never felt unsafe for it being her first time. We believe we lucked out by probably picking the best company and guide on the river. We are already talking about planning an overnight trip for me and my boys in the future and will be requesting James if available but feel like all of their guides are probably great. I would recommend this trip and this guide service to anyone who has rafted before or anyone who wants to give it a try but is unsure about where to begin. If nothing else, it will be worth your time to take in the scenery from a totally different perspective and to learn so much about the river, the landscape and the art of rafting from James! Can't wait for my next trip!

5.00Very positive experience. A 3-hour activity from start to finish. We had Class 2-3 rapids, the river level was rather low mid April. The guide was excellent and the overall trip well worth it.

5.00Wonderful experience. Great guide Garrett. He was knowledgeable about safety, the river, technicalities. But it was his awesome personal that made the trip memorable. I highly recommend this rafting trip it was great!

5.00What a great day on the Rio Grande! Just a little background; I am a weak swimmer and have never paddled a raft let alone on a raft with levels 1, 2 and 3 rapids. I was able to do it with complete and easy to understand and follow instructions by our guide Brian. I chose the racecourse for the adventure regardless of the above. It was easy to handle, maneuver and paddle with perfect instructions. I never felt overwhelmed and was glad I did this tour over the float down the river. A great adventure even for the older novice! Oh and the scenery!

5.00What a wonderful experience. Only one of us had had prior knowledge of Whitewater rafting and the instructions that we were given by Garrett, our instructor were detailed and thorough. The weather was perfect, the scenery was outstanding and our guide Garrett was a perfect blend of humor and knowledge. Would highly recommend.

5.00We loved our raft trip and our guide, James. The river was low due to low snowpack the previous winter, but we still had a blast. Far Flung does a great job helping paddlers feel safe while keeping friendly and informative conversation going.
