What To Expect
La Cite du Vin
After meeting your guide in front of the Cité du Vin, you will take the road to Gujan-Mestras in an air-conditioned 9-seater van. On the road (1 hour) your guide will tell you the history of oyster farming in the region and answer all your questions.
Gujan-Mestras
Our first stop will be at the port of Larros, in Gujan-Mestras, the oyster capital of the Arcachon Bay! We will go to a local restaurant offering fresh oysters from the bay. You will have the opportunity to taste up to 12 oysters accompanied by a glass of wine (white or rosé) while admiring the view of the port channel. For those who don't like oysters, shrimp, whelks or pâté are also available.

5.00Idyllic setting! Service at the top. The waitress was very warm and kind. The oysters and shrimp, accompanied by a good little white wine, were excellent. Espelette pepper pie also. Happy continuation! ✨🌞

5.00We had a great time! The oysters were great and the Dunes were amazing. I would recommend anyone considering, to move forward. Worth the money and a small group of no more than 9 is perfect.
