They were called for a 4:3l1 pick up, told that they were waiting of another ride at terminal 8, we were at 4. We were told 1/ hour more minutes as the driver was waiting for another fare at terminal 8. Called again and told the fare was still not there and it would another 1/2 hour. That passed and I called again. Wait another 1/2 hour. Driver shows up and claims I wasn't at the meeting point. I was he just could say my last name and didn't call it out.

They do not show up after ringing them several times and Viatour for assistance. If they were not available they should never have accepted the booking

Know that you have to possibly wait for your ride to arrive. We waited just over an hour. Most times it is construction or traffic or both that are the cause of the delays, but know that there’s a great possibility that you will not leave the airport immediately. A company representative helped us at the airport when he realized we had waited an hour. the information guide from the airport also assisted. Know that there are no seats for you to sit and rest so sitting on concrete next to the windows is your option. Other than this, our driver was very courteous and professional, and took us through New York to our Midtown hotel over all of New York’s bumpy potholed roads. Luckily we were in no rush.

If you can find baggage claim you can find the welcome center and the van was parked right outside. Pretty easy process overall and we were dropped off first so no complaints from us.

Very bad. I was told driver is going to meet me at JFK. And I will get notification from driver upon my arrival to JFK. Neither was true. With help of people at the airport we got hold of driver. He said he is going to come to JFK in 1 hour. I went to public transportation instead. I am 78 and was very tired. I could not wait. So my advise- avoid This kind of “service”.

Complete failure on the part of this company and its driver. I waited for almost 2 hours for my pickup, eventually taking a taxi. This is the second time this has happened.to.me from JFK. This company is beyond question incompetent and hostile to its customers. Do not use it, even if you have to walk to Manhattan. They are losers all.

There was little to no communication as to where to meet the shuttle, I was not sent a text upon arrival and had to call to confirm I was still on the shuttle. After the driver called me to get me outside, I walked outside with 2 large checked bags and a carry on, and received no help in bringing them to the van across the sidewalk. The lack of help and communication are my complaints.

If you are s sharing a ride you must wait. The ride was good but you should not make any plans for at least 3 hours because you have to take into account traffic and the amount of people in the van.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Stay away from this horrendous company. I travelled with my young daughter from London Heathrow to JFK New York. When we arrived at JFK airport we couldn’t find our shuttle , we rang the company and they picked us up an hour later. It was almost midnight, We were extremely tired and just wanted to get to our hotel. The driver screamed at us for waiting in the wrong place , what a terrible welcome to New York. I’m not sure if he was drunk or had anger issues. The trip back to JFK from our hotel was a lot worse. We rang this unprofessional company first thing in the morning , they told us to be outside our hotel 1.50pm , they turned up 30 minutes late. To my horror the driver told me that he wasn’t going to take me to the airport as I hadn’t paid for my daughter. I showed him my “love holidays” booking but he demanded I give him 25 dollars for her to travel. I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR HER. It clearly said - two passengers. I rang the office and the rude man I spoke to refused to help and hung up on me. This caused me to breakdown in tears , the driver then said he wouldn’t take me, scared I was going to miss our flight , I agreed to pay him.My daughter cried all the way to the airport. We were both shaken up. I am including this in a very long complaint letter to “Love Holidays”. Please don’t trust this company. Book an Uber or use the subway.
