This tour captures all the essential locations of interest in and around Kuala Lumpur. As first time visitors and only staying for two full days it allowed us to see the sights and then decide what we wanted to re-visit or experience on our second full day. Our trip began nice and early when Visnu picked us up from our hotel, which was really convenient and then allowed us to visit both the King’s Palace and the Batu Caves before the crowds got really busy. Do not miss the Batu Caves!! A really profound experience and not that far from the city. We then visited the towers, Petronas and KL. Note that you may have difficulty getting tickets to ascend these towers (if you want to) if you don’t book well in advance - we tried booking over a week before when we were still in the UK and couldn’t get them. That said, it didn’t diminish our experience at all - Petronas in particular is hugely impressive. We returned at night where we were treated to a fabulous ‘dancing fountains’ display which you must see. And if you have loads of money then a mall at the base of the towers will be right up your street. Visnu took us to the Chinese Market at Petaling Street and we then visited Central Market which has food courts on both floors and where you can get great value food and drink - so that was dinner sorted!! In the afternoon we visited a number of locations with opportunities for photographs and we returned to our hotel tired but very happy with our day. A special word for Visnu, a great driver and very friendly and knowledgable local man who made our tour even more enjoyable. Thank you Visnu!! 🙏🏼 We would definitely recommend both the tour and Visnu, especially to newcomers to this amazing city. Lynn and Gareth Hughes

A great orientation tour of this burgeoning city with time at all the important spots. Stanley was fun and informative - tailoring everything nicely.

John S was a great guide. Very knowledgable and hospitable. We drove around key sites in KL in a private air conditioned car. My favourites were the Batu Caves, batik shop and Selangor Pewter factory. Gave a true essence of KL in a day

A driver that was allocated sent a message an hour before we were going to be picked up that he’s not well so his friend will pick us up which was fine. The picture of the car he sent was a nice car however when his friend showed up it was a very old car. So uncomfortable to sit and he kept switching off the A/C in the heat which was quite frustrating. We didn’t do the full 8 hrs as we were tired. Very disappointed, didn’t enjoy the tour. Make sure you confirm that the car they provide is what they say. At the last stop I called him 3-4 times to pick us up, he didn’t answer and kept us waiting in the heat. We were not impressed. Wish we could get a partial refund.

This tour took us to all the important highlights of Kuala Lumpur which is a very neat and modern city. The tour also took us to Batu Caves which is outside of the city. We learned about the history of Malaysia and the diversity of its population as Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism live together in harmony in this beautiful country. I strongly recommend this full day private tour to first time visiting couples.

There were so many iconic places to visit, and the tour itself was enjoyable. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and had great local experience. However, he appeared to be quite unwell and was coughing continuously throughout the trip. While he was a nice person, I felt uncomfortable and concerned about being exposed to illness during the long drive, which affected my overall experience.

Kuala Lumpur is a fascinating city where the modernity of the skyscrapers blends with an omnipresent and soothing nature. I was also marked by the human warmth of the inhabitants and the lively atmosphere of the streets. Street food is incredible: varied, fragrant and accessible at all times, it is really part of the city’s identity.
