The boat was over crowded, my sister's got left, and we had there tickets. It was about 20 of us and they told us that the 5 tickets were purchased together they have to stay together. So we had 5 tickets and 2 people. They had to purchase new tickets. The cabin was hot because the air conditioner was broken. No food and that was definitely on the advertisement and the drinks where 28$ before the tip. So our 2 drinks were 60$ the tickets were 18 for us they were 26 each. So in my opinion that was a wasted 112$

We did this trip as part of an overall tour of Miami highlights. It was relaxing and enjoyable. The boat was clean and well maintained. The narrator was helpful. The homes and the yachts are amazing to see. Skip the raffle - it's just for generating timeshare sales.

The Island Queen Millionaire’s Row Boat Tour is a fantastic experience and a true highlight when visiting Miami. The boat is very clean and comfortable, and the entire operation is seamlessly well organized. Our guide was highly knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating insights throughout the journey. The route itself is awe-inspiring, passing stunning waterfront homes and beautiful scenery. The 90 minutes fly by so quickly that you hardly realize how time passes. It’s relaxing, informative, and visually spectacular all at once. A traveler’s must-do in Miami and an easy 5-star getter!

Wouldnt recommend even though it was very cheap (15 dollars). Fake raffle scam didn’t fool us but many are sucked into this fraud. Tour guide barely spoke English (I understood maybe 2 sentences max). Choose another company

We had the misfortune of taking this tour. The fake raffle wasted most of the trip it’s like the old style time share fraud. I don’t rate this company at all they didn’t have the decency to respond to my email. Use one of the other tour companies.

This company runs a very misleading operation. At Bayside, they collected everyone’s names for a raffle, saying it was for a free cruise. After gathering all the names, they announced that only two people “won” — and I was one of them. We were told the cruise was free and only asked to pay a $40 deposit and attend a 2-hour meeting. However, when we showed up on the scheduled day, the story completely changed. Suddenly, they demanded $150 per person for “port fees” PLUS another $150 per person as a deposit. None of these costs were clearly disclosed upfront. The fees kept increasing only after we arrived, which feels like a planned bait-and-switch tactic. A legitimate free cruise does not turn into hundreds of dollars in surprise charges. We refused to pay and walked away. This experience felt dishonest and manipulative from start to finish. ⚠️ Do not trust the raffle ⚠️ Do not give them money or personal information ⚠️ Absolutely do not recommend

Excellent. I did the Millionaire’s Row™ sightseeing cruise. A lovely relaxing sightseeing experience. A 90-minute boat tour with commentary in English and Spanish. You can either sit in the climate-controlled main level or on the open-air top-level. I would recommend the top-level for the best views. Super friendly staff. You can purchase snacks and drinks on onboard. I purchased a ticket from the ticket booth located in Bayside Marketplace near where the yacht departs for the 13:00 cruise. I would recommend getting there around fifteen minutes or so before departure. You can then get a good seat. The boat departed punctually and returns to the original point of departure. Price for an adult ticket (November 2025) was 35 USD. The cruise takes you around Biscayne Bay with lovely views of the Miami skyline, the Port of Miami, Fisher Island, Miami Beach and “Millionaire’s Row™” – the Homes of the Rich and Famous™.
