Casa do Penedo, an extraordinary stone house set amidst nature, offering the perfect blend of architectural wonder and breathtaking views. A guided visit to the house and property is included.
Cabeceiras de Basto
Moinhos do Rei mills, where you learn about centuries-old milling techniques. Depending on the season and weather conditions we will take you on a longer or shorter hike through hidden trails, historic mills and quiet streams. In the warm months of the year your guide will take you to Praia Fluvial do Oral where you can cool off with a swim and enjoy a peaceful retreat.

5.00Fantastic tour of locations that were outside of the main tourist locations of Northern Portugal. Our guide, Diogo, was exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable and fun guide. Highly recommend.

5.00Our guide Pedro Mendes has unmatched local knowledge. My birthday day was very well spent, excellent company and a spectacular nature. We were a small group of 7 people and the transportation is in a super comfortable cart with air conditioning. It lasted about 10 hours. It requires some physical effort for the walk, but the level of difficulty is adaptable to the group. A clean breath of nature to escape the sea of tourists in the city of Porto. The lunch is super typical to provide immersion in the region. The green wines at Casa da Tojeira are delicious. Finishing the visit to Casa do Penedo was fantastic, listening to the family's history and realizing where the idea for the construction came from was really interesting.

5.00I highly recommend this tour in Cabeceiras de Basto. It was a fantastic day with the perfect balance of nature, culture, and great food. The experience included a beautiful hiking trail, lunch at a traditional Portuguese restaurant, a visit to a local estate with a Vinho Verde wine tasting, and a stop at the strangest house in the world. It's the kind of place you keep talking about long after the tour ends. The scenery throughout the day was absolutely stunning. For anyone who loves nature and photography, this tour is a dream. Every turn felt like a postcard. A special mention goes to our guide, Pedro Mendes, who was outstanding from start to finish. Friendly, energetic, attentive, and always ready to help. He also took us to incredible off the beaten path places that you would never find on your own. This was an authentic, fun, and beautifully organized experience. I would recommend it without hesitation.

5.00Went with Teresa, wonderful personality. Was a lot of fun, small group meant we could chat and take our time in the good spots (waterfall, lakes). Food was nice with a lot of variety with drinks. Hikes were well paced and not too long. Swimming in the small ponds were amazing, waters were clear. Would recommend highly if coming to Porto and want a tour outside the city in nature
