We drive past the Steamship Authority Wharf and then along Vineyard Havens' Historic Main Street which winds down towards West Chop and the outer Harbor.

Enjoy the charming architecture of this historical lighthouse as well as the beautiful bluff of West Chop. We pause here briefly to learn about lighthouses and then continue our drive along this picturesque coastal area passing by the West Chop Club and scenic overlook of the Elizabeth Islands. We stop at this overlook for photos!

Craig gave a nonstop talking tour of the whole island.. He has been coming to Martha’s for years so knows tons. The stop for lobster rolls was perfect. He knows his stuff but could have mentioned the important role the island played in training for Normandy invasion n other aspects of WWII. He knows how to get round the island for different crowd times of season too. Very nice n thoughtful. So glad we did it.

Craig was professional and shared history as well as many facts about the Vineyard. His recommendations for activities were greatl! Were able to see much of the island in three hours and not rushed. Early September was a good time to avoid the crowds and only a few places had closed for the season.

My family and I traveled to the vineyard, as my mom has always wanted to go. Craig was wonderful. The experience was personal, Craig was very knowledgeable about the different parts of the island and was very accomadating, as we had a toddler with us and my parents are seniors. It was a great experience that I would say, highly recommend!

We had a great time with Craig! He knew all about the history of the island. We had several things we heard we should see/do on the island. Craig checked every box! Traveled with our 18 and 21 year olds. They had a great time too and enjoyed the day! Definitely recommend!

The weather was a bit dicey, but the tour guide did the best he could. There was a torrential downpour at one point, and he could’ve driven a bit slower.
