This is a unique tour around the world heritage site where you will be guided by an award winning Photographer. I will show you how to get the most from taking photos using your smartphone or Camera
We will take in the main sites including the Roman baths, The Royal Crescent, the Circus, Pultney Bridge and The Bath Abbey but am also happy to take in any requested sites in the city.

5.00What a brilliant experience! Simon was so informative and friendly, I can't believe how much I learned and saw an instant improvement in my pictures by just changing angles, and getting more creative. I can't recommend highly enough, and can't wait to put it all into practice!

5.00Really enjoyed this tour with Simon. I live locally but learnt how to look at Bath differently. The tour is also really interesting. I have already used some of the newly discovered phone camera settings! Would recommend for both locals and visitors to the city. Thank you Simon.

5.00We recently joined this photography walking tour with Simon in Bath and it was a fantastic experience. The photographer was incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about both photography and the city itself. What really stood out was the way he encouraged us to look at composition differently—finding unique angles, interesting details, and creative perspectives that we would never have noticed on our own. His ideas and guidance helped us see images in a completely new way and pushed us to be more creative with every shot. We learned so much throughout the tour, while also thoroughly enjoying every minute of it. It was relaxed, inspiring, and suitable for all levels of photography. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bath who wants to improve their photography skills and experience the city from a fresh perspective. 5.00Following the article featuring Simon's photographic walking tours in Bath in the February 2026 edition of "Digital Camera" magazine (Issue 303), I contacted Simon to arrange a 1:1 walking tour to get some hints and tips on architectural composition and general handling of my new camera. His communication was excellent and a suitable date arranged. During our walking tour, Simon guided me around his home city and gave great advice on photo composition and things to think about when framing the shots. Great conversation throughout the tour and some good results - highly recommended, terrific afternoon - thank you!

Simon is an excellent tutor: a friendly, supportive, knowledgeable expert who will teach you how to realise the potential that lies in your mobile phone to capture wonderful images through using imagination and their image capture and editing capabilities. I learnt so much and will never look at a puddle in the same way again!
